Days of Our Lives Recap: Tuesday, February 6 – Alex & Kristen Scheme for Love – Fatal Victim – Clyde’s Huge Loss

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers recap for Tuesday, February 6, reveals that Paulina Price (Jackée Harry) thanked Abe Carver (James Reynolds) for distracting her in bed, but she had to stop him from doing it again since she had to write the announcement for Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) and Chanel Dupree’s (Raven Bowens) wedding.

Abe was pleased over the marriage news and learned the ceremony was happening on Valentine’s Day, which didn’t give Paulina much time to get ready.

After Abe offered to pitch in, Paulina received a phone call from her doctor and learned that her lump had indeed grown based on her ultrasound results.

Paulina’s surgery was being moved up to the end of the week, so she grew nervous since she thought she had more time to prepare.

In the town square on Tuesday’s Days episode, Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) cut her phone call short so that she could talk to Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson).

Kristen pushed Alex’s buttons over Theresa Donovan’s (Emily O’Brien) job at Titan and her knowledge of his girlfriend’s relapse, but Alex insisted Theresa was back on track now.

After Kristen played up Theresa and Brady Black’s (Eric Martsolf) bond, Alex admitted his own relationship with Theresa might be doomed if he couldn’t redirect Brady’s attention.

Since Brady and Kristen were both single, Alex suggested Kristen should get back together with him and put Rachel Black’s (Finley Rose Slater) back together.

Alex also offered Kristen a new job at Titan and thought she could spend more time in Brady’s orbit, so she agreed to consider the idea.

However, Alex pointed out Kristen would have to do her part and be more generous with visitation – especially when it came to family sleepovers that could help with bonding.

Kristen mentioned that they’d have to keep each other in the loop, but she objected to Alex thinking of it as spying and gossiping. Instead, Kristen preferred to think of it as gathering intel.

Alex felt like they were doing a good thing that’d result in his happiness with Theresa, Kristen’s happiness with Brady and Rachel’s happiness above all.

Kristen proposed a toast to happiness then and clinked her coffee cup with Alex’s water bottle.

At Statesville on Tuesday’s Days episode, Clyde Weston (James Read) answered the cell phone stashed in his bunk and definitely wasn’t happy about the news he received.

Clyde insisted it wasn’t the other person’s call to make and fumed over the imbeciles that let this happen. The call was obviously about the drug raid that just went down on the edge of town.

At a warehouse on Tuesday’s DOOL show, Officer Goldman (Christy St. John) was shaken up after discharging her firearm for the first time on duty, which resulted in the demise of a perp who was a suspected drug dealer.

Officer Phillips (Brian Molina) checked on Goldman, who also had a conversation with Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu).

Jada shared a story about her own struggles the first time she shot someone on duty and seemed to help Goldman cope.

Phillips offered updates on what he witnessed and heard at the warehouse, including a mysterious flash and two gunshots.

Harris Michaels (Steve Burton) was frustrated over losing a drug dealer who could’ve been a direct link to Clyde, but Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) felt the successful drug raid was still a win.

When Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) and Everett Lynch (Blake Berris) appeared to get a comment for their new story, Harris explained to Rafe that he promised them one.

Rafe didn’t get why Harris would give Everett and Chad an exclusive scoop on the latest raid, but Harris explained it was so they’d sit on their story about Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo).

After Rafe gave Everett a comment and some info about the drug bust, Harris worried about Clyde’s reaction and knew he’d want someone to pay.

Back at Statesville on Tuesday’s Days episode, Chad and Everett spoke with Clyde in the visitors’ room, so he met Everett and taunted Chad over his new ownership of The Spectator.

Clyde played dumb about the raid and goaded Chad about Abigail DiMera’s (Marci Miller) demise, so Chad nearly attacked him until Everett held him back.

Everett and Chad needled Clyde about losing millions of dollars on lost product in the raid, so Clyde tried to hide his flaring temper.

After Clyde suggested he’d hate for anything to happen to Chad and Everett’s loved ones back in Salem, Everett made it clear that he wasn’t scared of empty threats.

Chad also assured Chad that he’d be serving two life sentences once they exposed all his crimes, so Clyde left the room in a huff.

Days of Our Lives spoilers say Clyde will make some vengeful moves soon, so stay tuned!
