Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Friday, February 23, reveal that Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) will plead with Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) to see that he’s being framed for a crime he’s not responsible for.
Although Justin Kiriakis (Wally Kurth) and Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) will back Xander up, Rafe has to follow the evidence here – and it currently points straight to Xander.
However, it’s easy to see that Xander is telling the truth about his innocence. There are more revelations to come regarding who went after Harris Michaels (Steve Burton) on the loading dock.
Whether Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) actually pulled the trigger or not, he’s definitely tangled up in all this.
Days spoilers say Clyde Weston (James Read) will push Stefan to visit Statesville on Friday’s DOOL episode, so they’ll have a tense meeting.
That could be when it’ll become clear Stefan is far more involved in Harris’ horrific ordeal than he wants Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) or the cops to know!
Speaking of Ava, she’ll sit by Harris’ hospital bed and deliver a heartfelt plea for him to awaken.
Ava will open up about her love for Harris and hope they still have a chance to pursue a happy ending together.
Harris is set to wake up as the week of February 26-March 1 kicks off according to Days spoilers, so the February 23 cliffhanger might set the stage for that as his eyes flutter open.
Ava’s going to be relieved once she knows Harris is OK, but he’ll remain in danger due to Clyde Weston’s (James Read) lingering threat and Stefan’s forced cooperation.
Other Days spoilers say Konstantin Meleounis (John Kapelos) will try to back Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) into a corner.
Although Konstantin will push for more information about “The Pawn,” Steve may be in no mood to deal with him.
Steve has already been researching Everett Lynch (Blake Berris) aka Bobby Stein to help Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) – and now he has to carry out a search for Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams) and Wendy Shin (Victoria Grace) as well.
It’s clear that Steve’s family has to be the priority right now, so he may lash out at Konstantin and insist this conversation will have to wait.
