The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers reveal that from the moment Poppy Nozawa (Romy Park) reentered his life, Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) has been reminded of what a free spirit she is.
Bill quickly remembered his past with Poppy, which involved a very magical night at a music festival many years ago.
There was something uninhibited about Poppy back then that really drew Bill in.
Now that Poppy is back in the picture for Bill, he still views her as a bit of a wild one!
However, Bill is used to the fun version of Poppy who eats special mints to relax.
Since Poppy doesn’t drink, those drug-laced mints have been used to lower her inhibitions and help her unwind into the person Bill recalls from all those years ago.
Of course, it’s easy to see why Poppy has decided to give the special mints up under the circumstances.
In the April 10 episode, Poppy admitted she wasn’t going to pop them anymore, so she’s clearly hoping that shows her remorse.
Poppy accidentally blew up Luna Nozawa’s (Lisa Yamada) life by letting those special mints fall into her hands.
Since Poppy never wants anything like that to happen again, she’s trying to show she’s learned her lesson and make amends with Luna in some small way.
That’s probably for the best considering those special mints caused Luna to hallucinate once she mixed them with a little alcohol.
Luna slept with Zende Forrester Dominguez (Delon de Metz) thinking he was RJ Forrester (Joshua Hoffman), so those special mints ruined everything.
It’d be tough for Luna to forgive Poppy if she was still a regular mint-popper, so it’s good that Poppy recognizes that and is willing to change.
That said, we have to wonder if Poppy will still be wild enough for Bill without those special mints to help her loosen up.
What if Bill and Poppy don’t click in the same way following this big change?
It could burst Bill’s bubble and make him realize he’s perhaps been caught up in the nostalgia of the past.
There’s no guarantee that Poppy and Bill will still work long-term, especially if she’s not the unbridled version of herself he’s used to seeing.
