During the closing moments of the June 24 episode, Hayley Hamilton (Marquita Goings) started to have cramping while she was arguing with Dani Dupree (Karla Mosley) about – who else – Bill Hamilton (Timon Durrett).
Dani and Hayley were going toe-to-toe about who Bill has a deeper bond with when Hayley slumped down and started clutching her stomach in pain.
Unfortunately, Dani wasn’t overly sympathetic as she believes Hayley is faking the pregnancy (or she’s just in denial), so it sounds like the two will head to the hospital during Wednesday’s show.
As Hayley is getting checked out, BTG fans should anticipate Dani being more skeptical than ever over Hayley’s pregnancy.
In fact, she’ll predict that Hayley will lose the baby, which would align with her theory that Hayley was never pregnant at all, and this was all just a ploy to dig her hooks further into Bill.
Across town, Dani’s sister, Nicole Richardson (Daphnee Duplaix), is set to have a confrontation with her nephew, Andre Richardson (Sean Freeman).
Last week, Nicole wasn’t overly happy to hear that Andre was getting busy with Dani, and it sounds like she may give him a piece of her mind on the June 25 episode.
Still, will Nicole’s opinion on their romance be the very thing that possibly ends it? Andre respects his Aunt Nicole and thinks highly of her opinion.
If she gives her 2 cents, could he follow suit and break up with Dani? Plus, everyone knows how smitten he is with Ashley Morgan (Jen Jacob), who is finally single.
Will Nicole encourage him to pursue the ‘woman of his dreams’ and leave her sister, alone?
Meanwhile, Martin Richardson’s (Brandon Claybon) saga will continue on during the June 25 episode, as BTG spoilers hint that he’ll launch a plan to erase some problems of the past.
This has to be about Kenneth (Jason Vendryes), and his $100,000 blackmail proposal, but just what will Martin do to abolish this secret? Plenty of bombshells dropped during the Tuesday show.
As it turns out, Bill and Vernon aren’t the only two who helped Martin cover up his secret from two years ago, somehow, Elon Hawthorne (Malachi Malik), Marcel Malone (Darryl W. Handy), Joey Armstrong (Jon Lindstrom), and Martin’s dad, Ted Richardson (Keith D. Robinson), are also involved.
The men met in Bill’s office to talk about next steps with Kenneth on the June 24 episode when Martin stormed in and realized his dad had been in the know this entire time.
This triggered him, and Ted had to help escort him home. Beyond the Gates fans also learned that whatever Martin did has traumatized him to his core, and it seems to be partly Kenneth’s fault.
In an interesting scene, it also looks like Bradley “Smitty” Smith (Mike Manning) may also be placing two and two together, as he retold a story about Martin to Jacob Hawthorne (Jibre Hordges) about the very night of Martin’s “secret” – from his side of things and being in the dark.
Fans need to hold onto their seats because it feels as if BTG viewers are finally on the cusp of learning exactly what Martin did that night.
Whatever it was, Smitty noted that Martin was wearing a different set of clothes when he came home from when he left that night, and he was very shaken.
Regardless, Martin doesn’t want to keep feeding Kenneth more money, even though this is what Vernon seems to believe is their best option.
Beyond the Gates spoilers tease that Martin seems to have a violent streak when pushed to his limit, so if he decides to take control of the “Kenneth” issue, here’s hoping he doesn’t cross a line that would further hurt him and his family.
