General Hospital Monday, May 5 Recap: Cody Saves Rocco, Carly Silences Lulu and Brad Ready to Rat Out Portia

General Hospital (GH) recap for Monday, May 5, reveals that Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) saved Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) while Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) silenced Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) and Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) was ready to rat out Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr).

At Nina Reeves’ (Cynthia Watros) place, Carly covered up the real reason for her visit by claiming she was there to check on Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver) and Amelia Corinthos (Sequoia and Serenity Mork Macko).

Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) made it clear that Carly needed to go through her next time and wound up ranting about Michael Corinthos’ (last played by Chad Duell) refusal to see her in Baden-Baden.

Talk turned to Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) fiasco, so Willow defended Drew since she believed he was drugged into behaving that way. Carly scoffed over Willow standing by her man before taking off.

Willow asked if Nina thought she was an idiot for believing Drew’s side of the story.

Nina wondered if maybe Willow just wanted to believe Drew because she’d turned her entire life upside down for him.

Although Nina tried to convince Willow that Drew was unfaithful, Willow felt confident that the escort drugged Drew and that somebody hired her to set him up.

At GH, Drew kept quiet about his hazy Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) flashback, but he assured Mac Scorpio (John J. York) that his memory would come back soon and wanted to take down the person responsible for his drugging.

After Drew got some fluids, he checked his phone’s GPS to retrace his steps last night.

Once Drew realized he’d been at the hospital, he had a fuzzy flashback of meeting with Portia.

In Portia’s office, Brad demanded a promotion since he had new leverage.

That led to Brad reminding Portia that she had him research Drew’s medical records and steal ketamine that was just the right dose for him.

Now that Drew’s scandal had blown up, Brad acted like he was running the show again.

Portia argued that no one would believe the word of an ex-convict over her and suggested Brad could go down for drugging Drew before throwing him out of her office.

After Brad witnessed a flirty moment between Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) and Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo), he found Drew in an exam room.

Brad intrigued Drew by offering to tell him who was behind his “body shot party,” but he expected something in return.

At Lulu’s house, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) pushed her to stop dancing around it and tell him what Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton ) did.

Carly interrupted before Lulu could spill anything and was glad she did once they were alone.

After Carly reflected on Robin Scorpio-Drake (Kimberly McCullough) blowing up Michael’s paternity secret once upon a time, she insisted Brook Lynn’s secret wasn’t Lulu’s to tell.

If Lulu exposed the truth about Brook Lynn and Dante’s baby, Carly made a prediction that she’d regret it for the rest of her life.

At the Quartermaine mansion, Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) tried to shut down Tracy’s questions about where her great-grandson was by insisting it was a closed adoption.

Tracy suspected Lois pushed Brook Lynn into the adoption to keep the baby away from the Quartermaines, but Lois suggested that was just a bonus rather than the goal.

At the bonfire, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) pretended to discover the now corrupted thumb drive in the sand, so Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner) hugged Joss and thanked her for saving her life.

Josslyn eventually hinted about it not being the end of the world if Emma didn’t score the research assistant gig, but Emma remained fiercely determined to get it.

Meanwhile, Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) struggled to wake up drunk Rocco, who eventually muttered about doing shots as part of a drinking game.

Once Danny got Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) to come help, he pointed out that no one could find out about their bonfire crashing.

Rocco woke up again briefly and seemed OK, so Gio assumed he just needed to sleep this off.

After Gio and Danny took Rocco to the boathouse, Cody came along and found Rocco passed out on the cot.

That’s when Cody realized Rocco’s breathing was shallow, so he told Gio they needed to get Rocco to the hospital.

At GH, the medical team prepared to treat Rocco for alcohol poisoning.

Meanwhile, Dante was with Lois when he got Cody’s call about Rocco’s hospitalization, so he rushed right over with Lois in tow.

Once Lulu got updates on the news, she joined Dante at the hospital soon after. Cody said the doctor thought it was alcohol poisoning and that Rocco’s stomach was being pumped.

Gio piped up about the beach party and tried to explain that they weren’t there together, but Dante pushed him to start talking now!

General Hospital spoilers say Dante will play the blame game soon enough, so don’t miss all the escalating drama.
