General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) may expose “Barbara Saunders” and discover that Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) is the one who posed as Valentin Cassadine’s (James Patrick Stuart) fake attorney.
In GH’s December 15 episode, Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) summoned Josslyn to his office and gave her updates on “Barbara” visiting Valentin at Steinmauer.
Since the WSB hasn’t been able to locate this woman, Brennan suspects “Barbara” never really existed.
Brennan is right about that since Carly was the one who posed as “Barbara” for those visits.
Since Carly’s glasses used special technology that prevented facial recognition software from doing its job, Brennan needs Josslyn to do some work instead.
“Barbara” could lead them to Valentin, so Brennan expects Josslyn to figure out who she truly is.
Josslyn has been tasked with uncovering “Barbara’s” real identity, so let’s consider for a moment that she might put her new WSB skills to good use and pull it off.
What happens if Josslyn learns Carly is the one who’s been posing as Valentin’s lawyer?
That could lead to Josslyn assuming Carly’s still helping Valentin, so she might find him in her mom’s attic.
This could set the stage for a big mother-daughter confrontation where even more secrets explode.
Carly might admit she’s teamed up with Valentin against Brennan because he roped Josslyn into the dangerous WSB.
Josslyn may realize she’s partly to blame for Carly committing treason and hiding fugitive Valentin in her home.
Of course, Carly could land behind bars if Josslyn blabs about any of this.
If Josslyn accomplishes her latest mission and IDs “Barbara” as Carly, then she may be inclined to conceal that info from Brennan.
Josslyn might have to lie and act like she failed or throw Brennan off the trail in some way.
Brennan has been testing boundaries when it comes to Josslyn’s family, so she may decide sending Carly to prison is just something she can’t do.
Naturally, Josslyn might also warn Carly to cut ties with Valentin and drop this vengeful Brennan operation before she gets in over her head!
