General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that runaway Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) may steal the miracle cure formula, so will Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) have to recreate the drug doses needed to save her daughter?
Although Britt turned down Jason Morgan’s (Steve Burton) offer to take her anywhere she wanted to go, she can’t stay at the Five Poppies Resort indefinitely.
It feels like the resort portion of this storyline may be winding down rapidly.
Now that Britt has discovered Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and Vaughn (Bryce Durfee) in captivity, the stakes are higher than ever.
Britt may summon Jason back to the property to help save Vaughn and Josslyn, but what happens if she gets caught?
GH spoilers suggest there could be serious blowback for Britt, who may realize it’s no longer safe to stay at the Five Poppies.
Jason may convince Britt to come with him after all, but there’ll be a big problem.
Britt clearly needs those nightly medication doses to keep her Huntington’s disease under control.
Pascal (Marc Forget) has been reminding Britt that her medication will be withheld if she doesn’t do her part in the lab.
However, there might be a way for Britt to continue these doses without sticking around to be part of this shady project.
Could Liesl get her own opportunity to save the day?
If Britt can steal the formula for this miracle cure or at least some extra doses for Obrecht to work with, perhaps her mom can recreate the drug.
Liesl has the skills necessary to pull something like that off and will certainly be invested in keeping Britt alive.
Once Obrecht gets updates on the news that Britt truly survived, she’s going to have plenty of questions.
Although Liesl may be hurt and angry over being kept in the dark, she’ll mostly be relieved to know her dear Britta has come back to her.
Obrecht won’t want to lose Britt all over again, so she may rise to the challenge and recreate the miracle cure to save her in the end.
General Hospital spoilers say Britt’s link to this project could haunt her in other ways, but at least maybe Liesl can come through with the drug she needs.
