General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Wednesday, July 9, reveals that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will doom Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) while Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) asks a crazy question. Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) will also warn Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen), so let’s discuss what’s ahead on the ABC soap.
First on Wednesday’s GH episode, Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) will push Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) for a favor.
If there’s anything Carly can do to stop Sonny from going after Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota), he may ask her to do it.
Lucas will remain worried about Sidwell and Sonny’s escalating feud – especially since Marco could get caught in the center of it all.
There are good reasons to be concerned since Sonny has already hinted about an eye-for-an-eye punishment.
If Marco goes down because of Sidwell, Sonny is OK with that.
Sonny will reiterate that stance during an upcoming conversation with Jason Morgan (Steve Burton).
Since Sonny is still hopping mad over the pub fire putting Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) in harm’s way, he’ll want to send a clear message.
“You come after my child, your child will pay,” Sonny declares in Wednesday’s preview video.
Over with Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper), she’ll let Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) know that she doesn’t want to cause additional problems in his marriage.
That’s why Jordan will insist on eliminating herself from Curtis’ orbit altogether.
While Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) tries to convince Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) to accept an invitation, Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) will seek Curtis out with some important news.
Will Felicia pass along some Jacinda (Paige Herschell) updates? Will Jacinda be willing to meet with Curtis and hear him out?
If this meeting’s about to go down in Port Charles, that could give Drew a chance for some spy games.
Drew will hint to Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) about a sneaky plan, so we’ll see if he might set Curtis up and try to record some bribery proof.
At some point, Drew will catch up with Willow and deliver a warning.
If Drew senses that Willow might be willing to compromise with Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) on visitation, he may advise against it.
Nevertheless, Michael will indeed spell out some terms later this week, so he might be tempted to negotiate with Willow eventually.
Of course, Michael has no idea that Willow’s the creepy stalker behind all the Daisy Gilmore (Levi Clark Coughlin) drama that’s been happening at the Quartermaine mansion.
Sasha is a victim of gaslighting and looks like she’s losing it, so she’ll voice some concerns on Wednesday’s show.
“You think I’m crazy, don’t you?” Sasha asks in the preview clip.
Since Michael will reassure someone, he may promise he doesn’t think that – even if he’s secretly growing fearful about Sasha’s mental state.
Back with Willow, she’ll have a run-in with Carly at GH, where Carly will snap about knowing what Willow did.
Carly will refuse to let Willow get away with her actions, so Willow may freak out briefly thinking that her stalker plot has been discovered.
In reality, Carly may be referring to the way Willow approached Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver) at the Metro Court pool.
General Hospital spoilers say Willow will do whatever she can to keep her Daisy scheme under wraps, but secrets have a way of unraveling in PC!
