The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) recap for Thursday, June 5, reveals that the show was all about hunted prey, an aimed weapon and a terrified father. Let’s talk about the hot drama that played out in Thursday’s B&B episode.
At the cliff house, Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) stopped by and sensed that something was wrong, so Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) offered updates on Luna Nozawa’s (Lisa Yamada) latest visit.
John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) assured Ridge that he hadn’t done anything to make Luna think he wanted a relationship and added that he believed she belonged in prison.
Ridge eventually filled Steffy and Finn in on Electra Forrester’s (Laneya Grace) confrontation with Luna.
The news that Sheila Sharpe (Kimberlin Brown) rushed to Electra’s defense surprised Finn and Steffy.
Ridge felt that Steffy was being hunted and that she’d become Luna’s prey, so he was definitely nervous about the threat to her safety.
However, Steffy did her best to reassure Ridge. Finn also promised that he’d protect Steffy along and the family they’d built together.
At Luna’s place, she assured the man who sold her the weapon that she could handle it.
Luna also faced questions about what she needed a gun for, but she just claimed she was a young woman living alone in the city and needed protection.
Once Luna was alone, she looked at online photos of Steffy and Finn.
The Steffy pics left Luna scowling over her wicked stepmom getting in her way!
After Luna gazed at the nearby gun, she flashed back to all the pleas she’d delivered and felt Steffy should’ve listened to her.
Luna ultimately pointed the gun at one of the Steffy photos she’d pulled up and was clearly preparing to go after her.
Meanwhile, Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) scolded Sheila for meeting with Luna behind his back – especially now that he knew Luna was fantasizing about taking Steffy out.
Deacon wondered if Sheila actually thought Luna would try to eliminate Steffy and got reassurance that she wasn’t scheming with her granddaughter.
Sheila apologized for her mistakes and sought forgiveness, so Deacon admitted he could never stay mad at her. Luna going off the rails was the bigger issue anyway.
Since Luna was fixated on building a father-daughter bond with Finn, Sheila worried about how far she’d go in her attempts to achieve that.
Both Deacon and Sheila had major concerns about Luna focusing all her blame on Steffy.
