Beyond the Gates (BTG) spoilers for Monday, July 20, hint that Tomas Navarro (Alex Alegria) will be troubled as Ted Richardson (Keith D. Robinson) and Shanice Johnson (Ernestine Johnson) celebrate their next chapter.
BTG spoilers for Monday note that Ted and Shanice will hit a major relationship milestone. After Ted dropped the ‘L’ word during the Friday, July 17 show, will the two decide to move in together or possibly get engaged?
Then again, it might just be about confessing their love, so only time will tell!
Elsewhere, Nicole Dupree (Daphnee Duplaix) and Katherine “Kat” Richardson (Colby Natasha Nixon) will talk about their respective relationships.
Kat is still struggling with rejecting Tomas’s proposal and how he’s digging his heels in to move in together.
Nicole will probably do all she can to lift her daughter’s spirits. Nicole has been a huge advocate of Kat standing by her decisions, and marriage is a big one.
Nicole will continue to tell her daughter that she shouldn’t feel bad about turning down Tomas’s proposal, but will Kat see it like that?
Speaking of Tomas, he’ll drown his sorrows at Uptown. He’ll be at the bar alone, so he’ll vent to the new bartender, Grayson Perez (Jordi Vilasuso), about all his romance woes.
Will Grayson have any words of wisdom? Lastly, Bill Hamilton (Timon Kyle Durrett) and Dani Dupree (Karla Mosley) will clash.
Dani is still beating herself up about their one-nighter, so this may be about that.
Then again, after her confrontation with Hayley Hamilton (Marquita Goings) during the July 17 show and what she said, Bill may have a bone to pick with his ex-wife.
Regardless, these two will have another heated confrontation, but they’d better watch what they say – and who’s around when they say it!
