In tonight’s Big Brother episode, its Double Eviction this week! Naturally, the icons still remained a threat albeit for different reasons. Devens was a social threat. Dee was a physical threat.
They could both end up going home if neither won HOH this week. Or if Yash didn’t win. Yash still couldn’t put them up for eviction. He accepted the BB Bribe. He couldn’t evict them during his own HOH. He needed someone else to win to do it. Barrett was supposed to do it and his plan went awry. Dee formed a tentative alliance with both Yash as well as Taylor.
They along with Devens voted to keep her. Yes, they lost Angela. Angela also wasn’t much of a physical threat. She couldn’t beat them in a BB Blockbuster. She couldn’t beat them at challenges.
She only won once this season and that had kept her off the block at the time. It just couldn’t stop her from going home last week. Angela was gone and her core alliance quickly made up the numbers. They put themselves back in the majority. They were now in a better position because Barrett couldn’t play for HOH again.
You can’t be it for two weeks in a row. Barrett was out of the running. It left only Drew and Melody against four people. Two of whom were challenge beasts. Barrett was finally worried about what might come next.
He was talking about it with Drew and even Drew was worried. He said he was a puppy dog running up to the icons for treats, but they kept shooing him away. It wasn’t fair to him at first because they mistrusted almost from the start and he had been firmly loyal to them for a while. Then he created so much drama with that mouth of his.
Drew was constantly trying to play the middle with everyone except Taylor and Yash. He seemed to hate them for some reason. It was never truly explained why? Maybe the live feeds picked up something not caught on the actual episodes. Maybe not. Drew couldn’t talk strategy with anyone.
Barrett was disheartened. Melody was upset that she was included on Dee’s hit list. They got into a minor spat after Angela was evicted and it left Melody in tears because she aligned herself with Barrett. And it came back to bite her.
Melody’s game was directly tied to his and Drew’s. She wasn’t seen as her own person. Then again she hasn’t been playing her own game. Her friends have kept her off the block several times. She keeps choosing the wrong people to buddy up to and so now everyone could see how much alike she was with Drew.
Drew was in a good position with the icons until he didn’t warn them about Barrett. Barrett had told him in advance that he was targeting the icons. The icons were unreasonable in wanting to take down Drew for doing a Vinny. They’ve called his gameplay out several times.
They think its messy. Dee did so again tonight. Dee was calling him out even when he was on her side. It was the silliest thing back then and she should’ve played it smart by at least waiting until the HOH competition had been decided. They transported back to the Wild Wild West tonight.
They had to catch water shooting out of cacti in their cowboy hats and fill up a meter. Yash easily developed the fastest time. The others couldn’t catch up to him and were eventually eliminated one by one before he was declared the winner of the HOH competition.
It worked out for Dee. It might not have. It also worked out for Devens. Again, they were safe thanks to that bribe. Yash was also looking super suspicious when he told Barrett and Melody that he was nominating them. His target was Drew. He had to talk to them because he needed to start damage control from tonight.
He didn’t want them to be mad over their nominations. He wanted them to focus that anger on Drew and turning against him in the final vote. Yash had no other choice. Taylor was his number one. He also didn’t want to come clean about lying earlier with the bribe.
Yash told them the deal was only for Dee. It wasn’t true. It was for all three icons. He kept getting out of it before and now he was coming after Drew. Barrett really did play himself by turning on the Crossovers before the final five. He knows that Drew might take himself on at Veto. He also knew that he’d be the next target in such a case. Barrett stopped coasting through this game and he now has to build up his resume.
