Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Thursday, April 23, reveal that Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) will teach Stephanie Kiriakis (Abigail Klein) how to protect herself while staying safe.
Chad DiMera (Conner Floyd) will also corner Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) for an interrogation, so let’s talk about what’s ahead on Days.
Since Stephanie has been on edge ever since she was kidnapped and held captive, she wants a gun for protection.
Stephanie also wants Steve to teach her how to use it, so he’ll go along with the idea in Thursday’s DOOL episode.
Steve will make safety the priority when it comes to the lesson he offers.

As for Jeremy Horton (Michael Roark), he’ll make Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) his confidant on Thursday’s show.
Julie will lend an ear to Jeremy while Chad tracks Gwen down for a grilling session elsewhere.
Although EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) assured Chad that he wasn’t bringing Abigail DiMera (last played by Marci Miller) back to life, he also didn’t offer any real answers about the pod dweller.
Chad may suspect he didn’t get the whole story out of EJ, so that may be why he’s about to grill Gwen.
Days spoilers suggest Gwen may land on the hotseat over the secret lab and her hush-hush collaboration with EJ.
Speaking of EJ, he’s about to face a shocker.
There’ll be some situation that perhaps involves the argument that’s brewing between EJ and Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk), who’ll deliver a slap within the next episode or two.
Of course, Kristen will secretly stick to her vengeful scheme involving Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd) and the fatal Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) plot she has in mind – at least for now!
Over with Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart), he’ll try to rope Javi Hernandez (Al Calderon) into some plans and perhaps play up the idea of friendship.
However, Leo may end up disappointed if Javi already has something planned with his new boyfriend.
Although Leo would love another chance with Javi romantically, it’s clear that he’ll have to suffer for a while before that can happen.
