Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Wednesday, July 29, reveal that there’s some exciting comeback news on the way.
Meanwhile, someone who’s keeping secrets will get busted for lying while another character sends out a distress call.
For starters, Chanel Dupree DiMera (Raven Bowens) is dealing with a lot due to her cancer treatment, but Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) will try to give her mood a boost.
Johnny wants to be the best husband he can be, but he’s hiding things from Chanel now that he’s doing EJ DiMera’s (Dan Feuerriegel) dirty work.
Of course, Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) already tried to steer EJ away from using Johnny like that since Johnny obviously doesn’t want to follow in Stefano DiMera’s (Joseph Mascolo) footsteps.
Marlena doesn’t think EJ wants to follow in Stefano’s footsteps either deep down, but he still feels like he needs to uphold the DiMera legacy.
Even so, Susan Banks (Stacy Haiduk) will return in Wednesday’s DOOL episode on a mission to put EJ on a better path.
Days spoilers say Susan will come back to Salem with a warning related to Stefano since she doesn’t want her son to turn into such a horrible villain.
EJ is honestly already there at this point, but Susan won’t think it’s too late for him to undo the damage and focus on being a better person.
While Susan dishes out some tough love, Lexie Carver (Nikki Crawford) will continue deceiving Abe Carver (James Reynolds) and Theo Carver (Tyler Joseph Andrews) about the fact that she’s dying again.
Days spoilers say Theo and Abe will bust Lexie for lying on Wednesday’s show, but it may not be about her looming grim fate.
Abe and Theo may catch Lexie in a simpler lie instead that’ll allow her to cover her blunder.
Lexie may end up covering by distracting Theo and Abe since they’ll realize they need to make up for some missed holidays.
Abe and Theo will pull off a Christmas celebration later this week to make up for all the parties they missed while Lexie was gone.
In the meantime, Days of Our Lives spoilers say Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) will send out an SOS to Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering), so they’ll end up joining forces in the search for Gwen Rizcech (Emily O’Brien) in Alamainia soon.
