Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for the week of September 28-October 2 reveal that some departure stories will get underway.
There’ll also be one engaged pairing at risk, but another romantic duo could be heading down an intriguing path together.
For starters, we should discuss some big exits that are coming up soon.
DOOL just offered a hint about Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) and Chanel Dupree DiMera’s (Raven Bowens) exit strategy thanks to Johnny’s recent dialogue.
Johnny suggested to Sydney DiMera (Sydney Malakeh) that he’d snap his fingers and move his family back to Italy if he could.
This whole mess with EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) and DiMera Pharmaceutical has left Johnny wanting to get away from it all.
It seems likely that Johnny and Chanel will indeed move the kids to Italy in the not-too-distant future.
Days spoilers say Chanel and Johnny will be making their on-screen exits soon along with Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis) and Tate Black (Leo Howard).
As for Holly and Tate, they may end up escaping all the Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd) reminders in Salem.
Holly seemingly only has a few episodes left to air, so she may decide to move to France and take Tate with her.
Since Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) lives there with Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) and Jude Brady (Oliver McLarty), it should be easy to send Holly off to reunite with them.
Tate loves Holly enough to tag along, so that may be his exit strategy, too.
Regardless, Days writers will put the pieces in place for these upcoming departures, so there’ll be some explanations as Tate, Holly, Chanel and Johnny start heading toward the exit door.
As for Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney), her engagement to Dante Vitali (Franco Lo Presti) could be in jeopardy.
Dante has been keeping secrets about his old boarding school roommate connection to Dominic Marino, so can his love for Sami be trusted?
Other Days spoilers say Sydney will continue to catch up with all her loved ones and will get to know some newer Salemites as well.
That includes Mason Whitfield (Brandon Butler), who gave Sydney an attitude when she tried to make small talk about Sweet Bits recently.
Mason seems to think Sydney is just a stuck-up rich girl, but he may eventually see she’s kinder and more charming than he gave her credit for.
The show seems to be gearing up for a Sydney and Mason pairing, so stay tuned for any signs of a new couple alert.
Over with Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall), she’ll want more answers following a huge revelation in Dominic’s birth certificate.
Once Marlena presumably finds out she’s Dominic’s mother as a result of her past on the DiMera island, she’s going to want the whole story.
Rita Lesley (Maggie Carney) just might be the only person who has all the facts!
How long will it be before Dominic makes his way to Salem?
Since Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) will return this fall with someone by her side, there’s a chance it’ll be Dominic.
