General Hospital (GH) spoilers confirm that actress Alley Mills will reprise her role as resident baddie, Heather Webber to wreak havoc in Port Charles, very soon!

TV Insider is reporting that Mills official comeback date will be Thursday, November 5.
General Hospital fans last saw Heather in October 2024 when her son, Steven Lars (Scott Reeves) came back to the little town to move her out of PC for good.
While she was reformed at that point in time, due to her scary stalker behavior towards Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) in the past, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) requested Steven to come back and escort his mom out of their hometown.
Fans may recall that Heather was “The Hook” serial killer, who ended the lives of Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) (who was thought to be gone, but ended up coming back to PC in 2025, very much alive), Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor), among others.
Heather was gunning for Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy), when Britt stepped in and saved her.
Heather was seeking revenge on Trina by targeting people who were close to her for her daughter, Esme Prince’s (Avery Polh) sake.
It’s important to note that Esme is the love child of both Heather and fellow lunatic (and murderer) Ryan Chamberlain.
Heather was sent to Pentonville for her crimes; however, it was later revealed that her behavior was due to shoddy hip replacement surgery that resulted in cobalt poisoning.
As such, she was released, and moved away shortly after that.
Mills stepped into the Heather character in 2022, taking over for actress Robin Mattson who was in the role from 1980-2016 (on and off).
During her time on GH, Mills snagged two Daytime Emmys, one in 2023 and the other in 2025, both in the Outstanding Guest Performance category.
It appears that Heather will return just in time for November sweeps month, and just as Trina’s new stalker storyline is heating up.
