General Hospital (GH) recap for Monday, October 12, reveals that Selina Wu (Lydia Look) popped back up in Port Charles and announced her bid for Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) old piers.
Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) also got sneaky and pulled off a shocking victory in the process.
At Lulu Spencer’s (Alexa Havins Bruening) place, Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) confronted her over misleading him about the article.
When Lulu asked if Drew knew Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) was drugging him, he wondered if Lulu knew Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) broke into his car since a valet tipped him off.
Lulu offered to let Drew tell his side of the story, but he threatened to crush her phone if she reached for it.
After slamming Lulu for betraying Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) and Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) as well in that article, Drew warned her to stay away from his family and stomped off.
At GH, Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) told Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) that he didn’t remember Lulu’s unapproved visit and acted like any confessions he made were the result of the drugs he was on.
Dante later headed to Lulu’s house and filled her in on Sidwell denying everything.
At home, Sonny was down in the dumps over Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) moving out, but Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) had good news and insisted their bid would be higher than Drew’s for the piers.
Sonny didn’t want to miss the look on Drew’s face when he beat him, so he decided to come with Ric to the auction.
Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) spoke to Ezra Boyle (Daniel Cosgrove) in a Metro Court conference area since that’s where he was in charge of revealing the auction’s results.
Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) was placing a bid for the piers as well, so he talked to Carly about that before they headed off to steal some romantic moments.
In a Metro Court suite, Hudson Parker (Troy Lennon Appel) commented on Josslyn being dressed like a bond villain and was concerned about committing corporate espionage.
Josslyn insisted she was one doing the dirty work and felt it would be worth it if Sonny lost.
Josslyn broke into a server closet loaded with wires and pulled the right ones to sabotage the encryption for the auction.
That allowed Hudson to see the bids and make sure JJE’s bid was higher than Sonny’s along with everyone else’s at the last second.
There was a close call when Valentin nearly led Carly into the closet, but they left since it was locked and Carly wanted a suite anyway.
Josslyn was able to finish the job so that Hudson could successfully handle the rest on his laptop.
Once Sonny and Ric showed up for the auction, Selina made her grand Port Charles comeback with Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) in tow.
It was established that Selina and Sonny were at peace since Sidwell was to blame for the fire at Charlie’s Pub.
Brad had made a bid on Sonny’s piers for Selina while she was out of the country, so she assured Sonny that everything was perfectly legit.
Drew also made it to the auction thinking he was going to defeat Sonny, but Sonny obviously thought he’d emerge victorious instead.
Valentin and Carly finished their private time before they resurfaced for the auction results.
Hudson raised a few eyebrows with his own arrival and even more after his bid was declared the winner.
Questions and concerns erupted, but then Josslyn came strutting in and declared that Hudson worked for her.
At the Cat’s Eye Lounge, Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) found out Gio went through with moving out of Sonny’s place and had sympathy over his situation.
However, Gio and Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner) seemed to be focusing on the silver lining since they’d found a new apartment to live in together.
During rehearsal later, Trina’s stalker watched her through the window and remained fixated on her.
