General Hospital (GH) spoilers preview for the week of April 20-24 indicates that Elizabeth “Liz” Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) will take notice of Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) blinking SOS, while Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) makes a chilling confession about Ross Cullum’s (Andrew Hawkes) shooting.
The ABC soap just released its weekly preview, and it’s time to unpack all the drama that’s set to unfold.
The preview opens with an encounter between newly returned Ethan Lovett (Nathan Dean) and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard).
As fans know, Ethan came back to Port Charles during the Friday, April 17 episode, and instantly paid a visit to the mob boss.
He was met at the door by Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi), so it looks like these two will catch up before he talks to Sonny this week.
Regardless, the General Hospital weekly video shows Sonny telling his old friend, “Ethan Lovett! What do you need?”
The mob boss is smiling as Ethan grins back. What does Ethan want from his Sonny? Fans will have to tune in to find out!
As scenes shift, a close-up of Drew is shown, as Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) berates Drew telling him, “Blink all you want, Drew, no one is going to save you!”
As she says this, a clip shows Drew frantically blinking in front of Liz, as the good nurse questions if he’s asking for help. Will Liz be the one to save the congressman?
The General Hospital promo for the week of April 20 then profiles a scene between Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening).
Dante asks Lulu, “What aren’t you telling me?” Meanwhile, Lulu looks like a deer caught in headlights.
Lulu definitely has been keeping something major from Dante – that their son, Rocco, shot Cullum – so will she step up to the plate and fill Rocco’s father in on things?
Speaking of, as the GH preview wraps up, the final scene is of Rocco walking into Cullum’s hospital room.
He offers the WSB Director an awkward smile, as Cullum deviously grins back. Rocco can be heard in the voiceover saying, “Jason didn’t shoot Agent Cullum …”
Will Rocco confess that he shot Cullum, and to whom does he spill the beans to?
