General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) already has way too much to deal with these days, but another obstacle may soon land in her path.
It seems like the stress is getting to Willow and driving her even further down a dangerous road.
Willow is tackling her duties as Congresswoman Cain on top of following Jenz Sidwell’s (Carlo Rota) orders, sharing custody of the kids and drugging Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison).
Of course, Willow also has to worry about this situation with Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) and feels like she has to make sure Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) and Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) keep their mouths shut, too.
Now Willow is determined to get Jacinda Bracken (Paige Herschell) out of Michael Corinthos’ (Rory Gibson) life and away from their children, so Willow is clearly under too much pressure.
However, Willow may soon learn there’s someone else who knows she’s responsible for shooting Drew.
Kai and Trina aren’t the only ones who are in the loop on Willow pulling the trigger that night.
Will Alexis Davis’ (Nancy Lee Grahn) knowledge eventually come into play?
In GH’s April 23 episode, Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) will turn to Alexis for some advice.
That may start out as a conversation about Ethan Lovett (Nathan Dean) and Alexis’ thoughts on Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) hiring him.
However, Ric may also drop some hints about Willow and the potential for her to go off the rails again.
Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) came to Ric hoping to create a battered woman defense for Willow in case she needed it somewhere down the line.
That left Ric worried that Willow might plot more harm to Drew or even Michael, so will he be concerned enough to say something to Alexis?
Ric may not care much about attorney-client privilege when Sonny’s son is at stake.
Besides, Ric may not go into all the details of his discussion with Nina.
Ric could just divulge enough for Alexis to realize Nina is still quite concerned about Willow and the potential for criminal disaster.
Alexis may ultimately suspect her worst fears about Willow’s mental downward spiral could be coming true.
At some point, will Alexis feel the need to deliver a warning to Willow about committing any new crimes that could land her behind bars?
Alexis might insist she may not be able to save Willow next time, so Willow could suspect Alexis knows she’s guilty.
This could lead to Alexis’ “I know you shot Drew” confession along with her plea for Willow to take the win and avoid any other criminal activity that could put her in prison.
