General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) is once again defending Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) when she doesn’t deserve it.
Chase has clearly put Willow on a pedestal, but could Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) be the one to knock her off?
Chase assumes Lulu Spencer’s (Alexa Havins Bruening) article is just another baseless attack on Willow.
Although Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton), Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) and Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) insisted they weren’t involved, Chase doesn’t believe them.
Chase is siding with Willow instead, so many viewers are wondering what it’s going to take for him to finally see the real her!
Could Alexis at least try to make Chase understand the kind of person he’s dealing with?
Even after Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) confirms Lulu’s story, Chase may tell himself that Drew’s just getting back at her over the divorce.
It may take someone else to make Chase see that he might’ve misjudged Willow.
GH fans will recall that Alexis knows for a fact that Willow was Drew’s shooter.
Once Alexis finds out Chase is defending Willow and wants her to file a defamation suit against Lulu, she may try to shut all this down.
That’s especially true since Alexis helped Chase and Brook Lynn with Phoebe Chase’s (Luna and Lucia Creighton) adoption.
Alexis may refuse to stand by and watch Chase throw his family away over someone like Willow.
Perhaps Alexis will seek Chase out and admit two witnesses confirmed Willow shot Drew that night.
Alexis may not mention Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) and Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) by name, but she could admit her info came from reliable sources.
Of course, Willow herself admitted to shooting Drew when Alexis ultimately confronted her!
Alexis might share that news with Chase as well and point out that she has no reason to lie about any of this.
On the contrary, Alexis may insist she’s trying to save Chase’s family with Brook Lynn and Phoebe.
Since Alexis called Willow a monster back when their confrontation happened, she may use that term again and urge Chase to see the light before it’s too late.
Chase assumes Michael set Willow up for the shooting, but he may have to rethink that stance if Alexis comes forward with what she knows.
Even if Alexis can’t convince Chase to fully turn against Willow, she could at least give him pause about automatically believing every word Willow says.
General Hospital spoilers indicate Chase’s opinion on Willow has to shift sooner or later, so stay tuned to see if Alexis might play a role in that.
