General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Tuesday, September 1, reveal that the action will heat up now that Jack Brennan’s (Chris McKenna) body has been found floating in the Metro Court pool.
Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) will also seek Jason Morgan’s (Steve Burton) help cracking a case.
Plus, Ava Jerome (Maura West) will deliver a fierce warning to Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison).
Tuesday’s GH preview video kicks off with Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) asking Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) to help him avert a disaster.
Ric may have lingering concerns about Elizabeth Baldwin’s (Rebecca Herbst) connection to Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna), but she may try to talk him off the ledge again.
Lulu will also meet with Dante for a discussion about Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr), so they’ll reach an agreement.
At the Cat’s Eye Lounge, Simon (Grady Eldridge) will ask if Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) really wants to be the reason things don’t work out for Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali).
Since Simon wants to sell Trina and Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) as a couple for their marketing campaign, he may push Kai not to get in the way.
Simon might even convince Kai to bail on the performance depending on how things play out.
That could potentially put Kai alone in the stalker’s path later, so danger could be brewing.
As for Trina, she’ll be surprised when Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) lets her know it’s time to take the stage.
Trina will understandably be nervous about her first major gig with Gio, but she may loosen up once the performance begins.
Over with Ava, she’ll make something crystal clear to Drew.
Ava will insist there’s “no way in hell” she’s going down for this by herself, so she won’t let Drew try to pin any of this Brennan mess on her alone.
After Carly summons Jason to her office, they’ll mull over the sabotaged security system at the hotel.
With the surveillance cameras down and the alarms deactivated, Carly will know something big is going down.
Since somebody went to a lot of trouble, Jason and Carly will wonder what would make it worth their while.
It looks like Carly and Jason will end up rushing to Brennan’s suite eventually, but they may find an empty suite following Drew and Ava’s escape.
At the Metro Court pool, Charlotte just screamed over the dead body she found floating with her.
Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) will soon jump in and investigate, so he’ll be just as shocked over the discovery.
The show hasn’t revealed the body’s face yet, but it’s obvious that it’s Brennan based on his clothes and how disoriented he was when fans last saw him.
Brennan was pretty out of it due to the drug he was given, but he may have gotten a push into the pool as well!
