General Hospital Thursday, May 14 Recap: Carly Pushes Drew & Brennan Blood Tests – Cullum Demands PCPD’s Evidence

General Hospital (GH) recap for Thursday, May 14, reveals that Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) spooked Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) with blood testing talk while Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) was a man on a mission.

At GH, Carly quizzed Nina about Jack Brennan’s (Chris McKenna) medical crisis.

Since the “strokes” happened in the same house, Carly suggested both Brennan and Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) blood should be tested for a link.

Nina acted like Carly should be more worried about warning Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) and said Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) was at the house that night.

Nina claimed Valentin and Brennan’s confrontation likely brought on Jack’s medical ordeal.

After Carly dropped hints about Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) falling under suspicion, Nina shut Carly up by mentioning that Valentin and Brennan had been arguing about where Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) was.

Once Nina floated the possibility of giving this news to Cullum, Carly stopped provoking Nina and seemed eager for her to drop the idea.

In Laura Collins’ (Genie Francis) office, Ezra Boyle (Daniel Cosgrove) was there as she pushed Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) to stop fighting Jenz Sidwell’s (Carlo Rota) helipad flight path.

Laura insisted they were working on a plan to get rid of Sidwell, so Tracy chose to trust her for the time being.

At Trina Robinson’s (Tabyana Ali) apartment, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) met with her along with Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza). BLQ was delighted to learn Trina wanted Gio to perform with her at the upcoming showcase.

In Britt Westbourne’s (Kelly Thiebaud) room above Bobbie’s, she drank shots with Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) as they realized there was no good way to tell Sidwell that Cullum attacked Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo).

It would have to involve the full story of Marco stealing Britt’s meds because Lucas put him up to it.

Sidwell would feel betrayed and might go after Lucas, too.

Britt thought maybe she should just disappear, but Lucas didn’t think she should surrender to her Huntington’s and let Marco’s sacrifice be for nothing.

Britt eventually flashed back to Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) needing her and agreed she should stick around.

At the Metro Court Gardens, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) bumped into ADA Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor) and thanked her for her recent advice regarding Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst).

After Sonny explained Ric’s side of the story, Cullum interrupted and took jabs over Justine hanging out with the mob boss.

Cullum wanted to meet with Justine to discuss the WSB acquiring the PCPD’s evidence for his shooting.

Justine bickered with Cullum since that wasn’t her call to make and said he’d have to get a court order.

Threats were exchanged before Cullum took off, so Sonny gave Justine credit for holding her own against the WSB director.

Outside the Quartermaine boathouse, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) told Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) that he knew his son shot Cullum.

Rocco opened up about his struggles, but Dante realized there were extenuating circumstances and that Rocco saved lives.

Although Rocco suggested Britt could back him up if he came clean, Dante pointed out that Britt already claimed Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) pulled the trigger.

It would be tough for anyone to believe Britt if she changed her story now.

It was Rocco’s word against Cullum’s, so Dante was adamant about keeping this quiet despite Rocco’s concerns about his dad’s career.

After Dante gave Rocco a pep talk and a hug, he took a call from Justine and learned Cullum was after the PCPD’s shooting evidence.

General Hospital spoilers say Dante will have more fires to put out, so stay tuned.
