General Hospital Tuesday, August 4 Update: Nina’s Crisis, Josslyn’s Tight Spot, Curtis Suspects Trouble

General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Tuesday, August 4, indicates that Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will have more Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) problems to deal with while Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) gets stuck in Carly Spencer’s (Laura Wright) plan.

Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) will also hear some alarm bells, so let’s talk about what’s ahead on the ABC soap.

For starters, Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) will join Josslyn at Carly’s place for some family time, but things will take a tense turn.

It looks like Carly will bring up Josslyn’s WSB status and shock Michael with the dangerous secrets she’s been hiding.

Michael will have some anxiety when it comes to his family, so that may include Josslyn and the possibility of her landing in more danger.

Josslyn nearly died in that shooting on Spoon Island, so Michael definitely won’t want a repeat of that scenario.

However, Josslyn will no doubt downplay the danger now that she’s traded undercover missions for office work.

Michael may relent in the end and support Josslyn’s right to make her own choices, so Carly may wind up disappointed when he doesn’t side with her.

Next, Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) will sit down for a conversation with Ava Jerome (Maura West), so they’ll talk about a deal that Trina may not be able to get on board with.

Whether this involves Trina’s recording contract or another offer Ava makes, Trina seems poised to get some tough love.

Ava may push Trina to stop letting other people decide her dreams and focus on what she wants.

Trina doesn’t like the idea of a fake romance with Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) as part of her marketing campaign, but Ava may think she can fight against that or just go with the flow since it won’t be real anyway.

Across town, Curtis will have concerns about his upcoming trial. We’ll see Curtis suspect trouble is brewing when it comes to Isaiah Gannon’s (Sawandi Wilson) time on the witness stand and Portia Robinson’s (Brook Kerr) support in her own testimony.

Of course, Portia could surprise Curtis with her stance once this trial gets underway, so stay tuned for any midweek excitement.

Until then, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will speak with Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) about any last-minute choices related to Phoebe’s (Luna and Lucia Creighton) adoption.

It looks like Alexis will help Chase and Brook Lynn make things official, so it’ll be a big day for BLQ and Chase’s family.

More baby daddy drama is brewing eventually since Ethan Lovett (last played by Christian Howard) pulled off a paternity trick to make this adoption possible.

As for Willow, she’ll speak with Nina and Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) about the PCPD needing to reopen a specific investigation.

Willow may not like that her name was tarnished in the case involving the other driver who left Jordan Ashford’s (Tanisha Harper) crash site, especially since she suspects Michael framed her.

Perhaps Willow will hope that the cops can find the real driver who fled the scene or at least prove Michael set her up.

It was actually Brook Lynn who sped away and ultimately made it look like Willow fled instead, so Willow could get a double dose of shocking news sooner or later.

For now, Nina may feel like Willow is obsessing and worry she could make more trouble for herself.

Since Brennan helped blackmail Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) into silence, Nina may push Willow to just chill and avoid drawing attention over anything else.

Obrecht may agree that’s the right call, but General Hospital spoilers say Willow has more issues ahead thanks to her feud with scheming Jacinda (Paige Herschell)!
