General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Julian Jerome (William deVry) could make an unexpected comeback, even if he’s not actually alive for it!
Julian was killed off back in 2020, but that doesn’t mean he has to stay gone for good.
Peter August (Wes Ramsey) is the prime example of a deceased character who can still come back around.
Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) struggled with visions of Peter before shooting him on Mount Emerson.
Although Peter wasn’t actually there, he felt real in Anna’s mind.
Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) might be next in line for some visions of a character from her past.
Of course, we’re not saying that Alexis is going to have a mental breakdown that leads to Julian Jerome hallucinations, but William deVry could still pop up in his old role somehow.
Laura Collins’ (Genie Francis) dreams have been haunted by Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) and Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) before, so Alexis might have some Julian nightmares of her own.
We know that Alexis has decided she’s done going along with Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) demands, so she’s willing to sneak around and help Scout Cain (Kayden Brenna Tokarski) lie to him.
The longer this storyline goes on, the dirtier Alexis will be willing to play. Alexis may be heading down a dangerous road, so perhaps some version of Julian’s ghost could appear to her with a warning or two.
That could line up with some intriguing details in Alexis’ fall preview spoilers.
It looks like a relationship from Alexis’ history will come back to haunt her somehow.
What if that means Julian’s going to haunt Alexis through dreams or just her imagination?
Julian was a huge part of Alexis’ past, so it makes sense that he might pop up and warn her if she starts veering too far into villainous territory against Drew.
Regardless, it’d be fun to see William deVry make a surprise comeback if one is brewing.
Since we know some returns are indeed coming up this autumn, stay tuned to see if deVry might reprise the part of Julian Jerome.
