General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) recently opened up to Jacinda Bracken (Paige Herschell) about Daisy Gilmore (Brenden and Evelyn Beimford) celebrating her first birthday off-screen with Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson), Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) and Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) in June.
Although Michael is glad that Daisy is safe and happy, his heart obviously aches to truly know his youngest daughter.
Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) ruined all that when she made Sasha believe there was a dangerous stalker and drove her out of town with little Daisy.
Michael was never able to prove Willow was responsible, but GH fans know she was indeed to blame.
It’s just another example of Willow getting away with horrible behavior, which seems to be an unfortunate trend with her.
Regardless, there was never any true danger, so many viewers wish the show would just bring Daisy and Sasha home to Port Charles!
Daisy’s first birthday was another missed milestone for Michael, who no doubt would’ve loved to join the celebration.
If this keeps up, Michael could miss all Daisy’s toddler years. Michael might even miss Daisy’s whole childhood considering how rapidly kids tend to age on soaps.
Although Michael receives news and videos from Sasha, that’s not the same as having Daisy there in Port Charles.
Plenty of fans are calling for the show to make things right for Michael and allow him to be a real daddy to Daisy.
It’d be different if Michael was a lousy father who wanted nothing to do with his children, but he’s already an amazing dad to Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver) and Amelia Corinthos (Sequoia and Serenity Mork Macko).
Michael agreed to let Sasha raise Daisy independently, but he still expected to know his daughter and have her close in PC.
Willow wrecked that plan and has forced Michael to endure this painful separation.
Let’s hope that changes sooner or later and since Michael deserves to have a place in Daisy’s life.
Although Sofia Mattsson took a new job over on Days of Our Lives, the role of Sasha could easily be recast.
There’s room for Sasha to make a comeback along with Daisy at some point.
General Hospital spoilers say Michael will be stuck dealing with heartbreak in the meantime as Daisy grows up without him!
