Will Steffy decide to help Daphne Rose Walton (Murielle Hilaire) become a mom instead of keeping the baby for herself?
We have to look at all the soapy facts here and try to see where B&B might be going with all this.
There’s surely a reason why Steffy sizzled with Carter out of the blue when Daphne couldn’t give him the little one they both so desperately want.
The writing is on the wall for Steffy to wind up with Carter’s bun in the oven.
This could obviously lead to major problems in Steffy’s marriage to John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) and deliver a crushing blow to Daphne, too.
However, Steffy might ultimately deliver a stunning proposal.
What if Steffy decides her own family is complete and that she’d much rather help Carter and Daphne start a family of their own?
Steffy already has Kelly Spencer (Sophia Paras) with Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) and Hayes Finnegan (Bryan David Garlick) with Finn.
Now Steffy could be adding baby daddy number three to the mix, which could make her blended family even more complicated.
Steffy may worry that if she keeps this baby and co-parents with Carter, it could wreck her relationship with Finn for good.
There may be no hope for Steffy’s marriage if there’s always this constant reminder of her betrayal.
Plus, Steffy may feel the need to somehow make things right with Daphne after her passion with Carter gets exposed.
Daphne is Steffy’s good friend, so Steffy will want to make amends and may think a baby gift could help with that.
Steffy might suggest that something good can come out of her mistake with Carter if Daphne takes this baby and raises it as her own.
Maybe Steffy will be willing to sign away her parental rights and let Daphne adopt Carter’s child instead.
Of course, Steffy might change her mind once the baby actually arrives, but this could at least be a pitch she makes at some point if she’s indeed pregnant by Carter.
