The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) could get the first clue in a major mystery soon.
Since Jack is so concerned about Kyle Abbott’s (Michael Mealor) personal life, it could lead to him investigating and putting his son on the spot.
In Y&R’s October 12 episode, Jack will scold Kyle for spending extra time at the office.
It’ll seem like Kyle is always rushing off to deal with some company crisis, so Jack will worry about that.
Of course, Kyle isn’t really putting additional hours in at Jabot.
That’s just part of Kyle’s cover story since he obviously can’t come clean to Jack about anything related to Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle).
Jack will remain in the dark, but he’ll get pushy with Kyle about trying to have a personal life.
It’s clear that Jack wants Kyle to be happy, so he may view this as a situation to keep an eye on.
Jack probably assumes Kyle is lonely and hasn’t truly moved on from Claire Newman (Hayley Erin).
If Jack pressures him enough, Kyle might blurt out that he’s seeing someone and try to get his dad to back off.
Then again, Jack might simply catch a glimpse of a message from “Natasha” on Kyle’s phone.
It’s easy to imagine Jack coming up behind Kyle and noticing that he’s texting someone by that name.
Natasha is the fake moniker that Victoria chose for herself as a code name in Kyle’s phone.
Likewise, Victoria has Kyle listed as “Boris” since she doesn’t want anyone to know who she’s actually exchanging messages with.
These code names are sure to come into play somehow as this storyline moves forward.
On Jack’s end, he may throw plenty of questions at Kyle and seem pleased when he learns a mystery woman named Natasha is in the picture.
Jack may realize Kyle’s been hanging out with Natasha instead of overworking himself at the office.
This should be good news from Jack’s perspective and leave him wondering when they get to meet this lovely lady.
Jack might urge Kyle to invite Natasha to dinner so that they can give her a proper Abbott family welcome.
Kyle may dodge this by insisting his romance is too new or that they’re just having fun, but will Jack really let it go?
The Young and the Restless spoilers suggest Jack could grow curious after a Natasha discovery, so stay tuned to see if Kyle will face a grilling session.
