The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that May sweeps is just around the corner, so we’ve got a preview of the action.
The drama’s about to heat up on the CBS soap, so there’ll be some fantastic twists and turns in the month ahead.
For starters, Matt Clark’s (Roger Howarth) revenge will unleash even more chaos, so Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) and Noah Newman’s (Lucas Adams) lives may be on the line after things take an explosive turn.
Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) has been in denial about his drug issues so far, but rock bottom is coming faster than he thinks.
It’s clear that Nick’s addicted, so he’s going to need some serious help soon.
Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) is sure to be horrified when she gets news on Nick’s addiction problems.
It’ll leave Nikki desperate to help along with Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), so maybe this could be how they head down the road to reconciliation.
As for Adam Newman (Mark Grossman), he’ll struggle to shake off “Spider” once he’s back in Genoa City.
Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) will feel like all the Vegas mayhem affected Adam in a negative way, so there’s going to be some conflict in their relationship.
There’ll be some big developments when it comes to Summers Conglomerate and Victor’s efforts to make it Newman Enterprises again, so we’ll see how things turn out for Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) and Lauren Fenmore Baldwin (Tracey E. Bregman).
In the meantime, Devon Winters (Bryton James) will face pressure to drop his attempt to put Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) in prison instead of her current psychiatric facility.
If Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) decides to go ahead with her pregnancy, Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will support her every step of the way.
However, the fear of losing this baby will no doubt remain a concern for Billy and Sally.
Even so, Billy and Sally may ultimately start talking about their potential engagement and marriage.
It’s easy to imagine Billy insisting he wants to prove to Sally that he’s in this for the long haul.
While Claire Newman (Hayley Erin) deepens her connection to Holden Novak (Nathan Owens), Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) may eventually face a turning point with Diane Jenkins Abbott (Susan Walters).
Diane has more anger to work through first, but Jack should get the forgiveness he’s hoping for sooner or later.
Finally, Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) will touch Lily Winters’ (Christel Khalil) heart with his efforts to give Malcolm Winters (Shemar Moore) the bone marrow donor match he needs, so these exes may be on the verge of reuniting.
