The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers update for Monday, April 20, indicate that Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will get some confirmation on what she already knows while Holden Novak’s (Nathan Owens) new family link stuns Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) and Devon Winters (Bryton James).
At Society, Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) will encounter Holden, so they’ll have a surprise bonding session as they try to navigate their unexpected sibling connection.
Since Lily will want to share the news with Nate and Devon right away, she’ll convince Holden to stick around while she asks them to come over.
At the athletic club, Nate will hear Dr. Stephanie Simmons’ (Vivica A. Fox) name and realize she knows his mother, Olivia Winters (Tonya Lee Williams).
After Nate identifies himself, Stephanie will happily sit down for a meal with him as they discuss Olivia and his decision to walk away from medicine.
Nate will wonder what brings Stephanie back to Genoa City, but she won’t mention her Malcolm Winters (Shemar Moore) bone marrow donor mission.
However, Stephanie will reveal that Holden is her son and leave Nate surprised.
Once Lily calls Nate and Devon for an urgent family meeting, they’ll be perplexed over why Holden’s there.
After Devon and Nate find out about Holden being Malcolm’s son and Lily’s half-brother, they’ll have a tough time processing all that.
Lily and Holden will keep a lid on Malcolm’s medical issues, so Nate and Devon will feel like they’re missing something here.
Once Holden heads out, Malcolm will call Lily and let her know the twins aren’t donor matches based on their test results.
Lily will get weepy as Devon and Nate console her, but they won’t realize what’s wrong.
After Holden meets up with Stephanie at the GCAC, he’ll seem pessimistic about the idea of being a real part of Lily’s family.
Meanwhile, Y&R spoilers say Sally will take another pregnancy test and get the same positive result, so she’ll fill Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) in on that.
Although Billy will want to concentrate on Sally’s feelings, she’ll keep pushing for his point of view.
Billy will seem a little hurt over Sally turning to Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) for support and being afraid to come clean to him about her suspicions.
Sally will acknowledge that a lot of her fears are tied to losing Baby Ava and will assume Billy is thinking of losing Delia Abbott (Sophie Pollono), too.
After Sally and Billy admit they still dream about their deceased daughters, they’ll realize having a new baby would mean risking another tragedy.
No matter what’s next, Sally will seem comforted over the fact that they’re in this together.
Billy will make sure Sally understands that as they take a break from the baby drama and decide they’ve got time to figure things out.
