The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Abby Winters’ (Melissa Ordway) marriage is already in crisis mode, but things may head even further downhill soon enough.
Since Abby and Devon Winters (Bryton James) are dealing with some serious relationship issues, it could lead to some cheating drama.
After all, Abby has been part of an affair storylines in the past, including when she betrayed Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) with Devon.
Abby has proven that she’s willing to turn to another man for comfort when a romance gets rocky.
It’s interesting that Abby and Daniel Romalotti Jr. (Michael Graziadei) have been sharing more scenes lately, especially since they’re on the same page about Devon being too harsh in his stance against Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes).
Daniel and Abby are bonding again, so we should point out that they used to be romantically involved once upon a time.
That was back in Abby’s “Naked Heiress” days, so maybe these two are long overdue for a romantic reboot.
Of course, Y&R fans know Daniel has been on quite the emotional rollercoaster.
After mourning the loss of Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom), Daniel developed an attraction to Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) and really thought their relationship might be headed somewhere.
However, Tessa and Daniel were forced back in the friend zone recently.
Daniel pushed Tessa to work things out with Mariah, so now he’s awkwardly trying to be pals with Tessa while mourning what might’ve been.
Could Abby and Daniel find themselves pulled together through mutual heartbreak?
Abby is already avoiding Devon, who can’t understand why she’s so against the idea of Mariah getting a real punishment behind bars.
The longer this conflict goes on, the worse Devon and Abby’s marriage problems are going to get.
That could shove Abby into Daniel’s arms and maybe even his bed down the road.
Daniel would surely know that’s a bad idea, but he may not be able to stop himself from seeking some comfort with Abby.
