The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for the next three weeks, August 10 to August 28, reveal that things are about to get messy all over Genoa City, so let’s dive in and talk about all the drama.
The week of August 10-14 will bring Nick Newman’s (Joshua Morrow) intense nightmare along with a run-in with a new character named Marie Kirkland (Jade Harlow).
It looks like Marie will convince Nick to surrender to drug temptation again, but he’ll be ready to turn things around after reaching a new low.
Y&R fans will also see Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) face some temptation of their own when a close moment leaves them wanting to kiss.
After Devon Winters (Bryton James) announces something massive, he could wind up giving away most of his inheritance.
Is that what it’ll take to help Devon become the man he wants to be?
After Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) tells Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) about Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) heading for disaster again, Jack will listen to his brother’s side of the story.
Billy won’t agree with Cane’s attempt to downplay Jill Abbott’s (last played by Lauren Koslow) slip-up about the “complexities” of Chancellor and will be determined to find out who once saved the company from going under.
While Billy leaks what he’s learned to Jack and Kyle, Cane and Lily will deal with some friction.
There may be an argument over how much of a liability Billy is and whether they should let his job at Chancellor move forward.
Cane may start to believe it was a mistake to offer Billy a position, but Lily may have concerns about dangling an opportunity in front of Billy and yanking it away.
During the week of August 17-21, Nick may drag himself back to rehab and finally start working toward his recovery.
Marie may resist the idea of rehab at first, but will Nick convince her to get help as well?
Regardless, Sharon may have a bad feeling about Marie and how she’s affecting Nick’s life.
There could be some jealousy involved too if Sharon views Marie as romantic competition.
Victoria and Kyle may also land in another situation that leaves them drawn to each other.
It may not be long until someone picks up on Kyle and Victoria’s evolving bond, so that could spell trouble if the news gets back to Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) or even Claire Newman (Hayley Erin).
The week of August 24-28 may bring some fun at The Shadow Room since Danny Romalotti (Michael Damian) is managing the place and has invited Daniel Romalotti Jr. (Michael Graziadei) to come work with him.
Danny will also write a love song and sing it to Christine Blair Romalotti (Lauralee Bell) before the month’s over, so it’ll serve as proof that he can still do his music while handling the club.
Back with Billy, he may make more progress when it comes to the Chancellor mystery he’s working to solve.
Billy seems poised to go after the Chancellor thrown for himself by the end of all this, but that could lead to more fighting with Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope).
