The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Sienna Bacall (Tamara Braun) will speed to the rundown gas station after she makes it to Las Vegas and gets the address from Riza Thomson (Tina Casciani).
By then, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will be in an awful state thanks to Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) and the little game of tainted drug bag roulette that he’s caused Nick to play.
Nick will finally hit on the batch meant to cause him harm and will keel over as a result once he’s inside the gas station.
Of course, since Y&R will suddenly have Sienna on her way, it makes sense that she may be Nick’s rescuer.
Sienna’s brother died due to an overdose, so she’s already tried to warn Noah Newman (Lucas Adams) about the warning signs she’s seen in Nick.
That may be part of the reason why Sienna could have an emergency treatment with her.
Naloxone, which is often known by the brand name Narcan, is a life-saving medication that’s meant to reverse the effects of an opioid overdose.
It’s commonly used for people who have OD’d on fentanyl, so Sienna may have a dose with her when she arrives.
In other words, Sienna may be the one to leap into action and save Nick’s life.
That might ease some of the guilt Sienna feels for not being able to save her brother.
It’s possible Sienna couldn’t shake the feeling that Nick was headed down a terrible drug road.
It’s also possible that Sienna simply carries Narcan with her at all times since her brother’s demise haunts her.
Either way, Noah may have another reason to love Sienna if she keeps Nick alive.
Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) will be grateful as well, but Sharon still won’t trust Sienna in the aftermath.
Sienna’s loyalty will once again be called into question during the week of April 27-May 1, so Sharon may worry that Sienna is still connected to Matt and manipulating them all.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Sienna will keep working to prove herself, so stay tuned for more news on whether she’ll pull that off.
