The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Thursday, August 13, reveal that Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) will react to Billy Abbott’s (Jason Thompson) shocker while a family emergency brings Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) home from Venice.
First on Thursday’s Y&R episode, it seems Nikki and Victor will decide to end their trip early out of concern for Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow).
Nick will land back in rehab following Marie Kirkland’s (Jade Harlow) overdose drama and a tearful phone call to Sharon Newman (Sharon Case), who’ll ultimately speak to Nick’s family about what happened.
Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will throw plenty of questions at Sharon, who may insist that Nick finally seems committed to his rehabilitation.
Nikki and Victor will get news on the latest Nick crisis as well, so they’ll have plenty of worries when it comes to their son and his recovery.
However, Victor and Nikki will hold out hope that Nick can finally get the help he needs to straighten out his life.
At the park café, Billy will meet with Kyle and Jack, so they’ll grill him about his new Chancellor job.
That’ll lead to some talk about the real reason Billy was interested in returning to the company since he’s on the hunt for a buried secret.
Jack may admit Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) mentioned Billy’s “wild goose chase” and made it clear that he wouldn’t stand for the distraction – at least not for too long.
Nevertheless Billy will refuse to let Cane brush this off as nothing when Jill Abbott (last played by Lauren Koslow) hinted about the “complexities” that she didn’t want him involved with.
This is clearly a cover-up as far as Billy’s concerned, especially now that he’s been digging around.
Billy found evidence that Chancellor was rescued from financial ruin by someone mysterious, so he’ll fill Jack and Kyle in on all this.
Although Kyle and Jack may be curious about Billy’s revelations, they’ll smell trouble as well.
Billy has landed back on an obsessed road when it comes to figuring out everything that Jill’s hiding.
Obsessions are never a good thing for Billy to have, so Jack and Kyle may deliver some warnings.
This fixation could get in the way of Billy’s future with Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) and their baby if he lets it consume him.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Billy may ignore Kyle and Jack’s words of caution, so stay tuned to see if he’ll do whatever he wants anyway.
