The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Tuesday, July 7, reveal that Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will struggle to survive at Genoa City Memorial Hospital while Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) decides something that’ll affect Nikki Newman’s (Melody Thomas Scott) next steps.
It looks like Nikki’s doctor will be ready to release her, so Victor may insist on his wife returning to the Newman ranch.
That may come as a shock to Nikki since he previously threw her out and was adamant about her not returning.
However, everything has changed due to the news of Nikki’s medical drama.
It was a real wake-up call about what’s important, so her ordeal has definitely affected Victor in a big way.
Nikki won’t want Victor’s pity, but he may insist her moving home is the practical thing to do right now.
Things are up in the air when it comes to Nikki’s eyesight and how soon she might be able to see again, so Victor will want her close so her family can watch over her.
Nikki knows that house awfully well and will have an easier time navigating it than trying to make it up to a suite at the GCAC every night.
Whatever the case, Victor’s going to settle on a decision and may convince Nikki not to fight him on it.
We know Nikki will indeed head back to the ranch in the coming episodes, so she’ll eventually get on board with Victor’s plan.
In the meantime, Jack will land in the hospital, where he’ll presumably need some sort of emergency surgery following his severe stab wound.
Y&R spoilers say Jack will be in a desperate fight for survival thanks to Patty Williams’ (Stacy Haiduk) attack.
Of course, Patty will maintain that Diane Jenkins Abbott (Susan Walters) is the one responsible and will find some way to gain an advantage over her in Tuesday’s show.
Dr. Laurence Markham (Jere Burns) may back up Patty’s version of events and make it seem like Diane fled from his care so she could target Jack.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Diane will maintain that she’s innocent and push Detective James Burrow (Matt Cohen) to believe her, but the situation will remain complicated.
