The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Tuesday, June 2, reveal that Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) will struggle with a Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) dilemma and Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) gives some tough love to Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow).
Thanks to Noah Newman’s (Lucas Adams) plan to show Matt The Shadow Room replica and jog his memory, Matt will indeed have some new flashes on Monday.
However, it doesn’t look like Matt’s on the verge of a full-blown memory flood yet.
On Tuesday’s Y&R episode, Sharon will have some doubts when it comes to this reformed version of Matt.
It looks like Sharon will be torn over whether Matt can really turn over a new leaf and be a better version of himself.
If all Matt’s memories do come back, he could turn into the same monster he was before.
That’s why it’s risky for Noah and the others to even try this Matt memory mission, but helping Matt remember his crimes is crucial if they want him to truly pay.
Otherwise, Matt is just a scared guy who doesn’t know what’s going on.
Making this softer version of Matt suffer isn’t what the Newmans have in mind, so it’s a tricky situation.
Over with Victor, he’ll force Nick to face a harsh reality and accept that his drug addiction is quite serious.
Nick tends to downplay things, but Victor won’t let him do that this time since his son almost died of an overdose.
Although Nick will claim he’s committed to getting the help he needs at rehab, the road ahead will still bring some challenges.
In the meantime, Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will speak with Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) about her pregnancy news since Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) spilled the beans.
Sally may hope Billy didn’t gloat too much under the circumstances since she knows Adam still grieves the loss of their own baby girl.
Adam may assure Sally that he’s happy for her and knows she’ll be a great mom.
That said, that doesn’t mean Adam will be excited about Sally raising a child with Billy and locking in their married future.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Adam will be overprotective of Sally and her bun in the oven, so stay tuned for the complications that’ll result.
