The Young and the Restless (Y&R) recap for Thursday, October 8, reveals that Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will be a good sport as he gets roasted at his bachelor bash.
Also, Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) will send something special that makes a big difference at Sally Spectra’s (Courtney Hope) pre-wedding celebration.
At the Abbott mansion, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman), Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor), Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) and Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) will all take turns roasting Billy as part of his bachelor party entertainment.
However, Jack will get serious in the end and make a heartfelt toast to his brother, so Billy will hug him and look forward to his marriage to Sally.
Speaking of Sally, she’ll be busy at her bachelorette party at Society, where Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) and Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) will round up some replacement guests since so many of Sally’s friends came down with a stomach bug.
Claire Newman (Hayley Erin), Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle), Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) and Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) will all be there to help Sally celebrate.
Coco Spectra (Ashley Campbell) will eventually arrive as well, so Sally will happily reunite with her sister.
Sally will open the traditional “something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue” presents before getting emotional over all the love and acceptance she feels.
As for Chelsea and Audra, they’ll bicker once they realize there’s no cake.
Audra and Chelsea will play the blame game since they both thought the other one was handling it.
Fortunately, the dessert crisis will be averted when Ashley sends some of Sally’s favorite pastries from Paris.
At one point, Traci will notice that Lily doesn’t seem like herself, so she’ll question her about what’s wrong.
That’ll lead to Lily’s admission that her cancer might be back along with the news that she hasn’t told Cane yet.
As for Cane, Y&R spoilers say he’ll talk to Jack about how things are going with Lily.
Cane will admit he’s trying to be patient and suggest that if it were up to him, he’d remarry Lily tomorrow.
Once Lily gets a message on her phone about her lab results being in the portal, she’ll step outside to see what they are.
Lily will look rattled as Traci chases after her and wonders if she’s all right.
After Esther Valentine (Kate Linder) brings her dancer friend, Hank, to the bachelorette bash, Sally will suddenly double over in pain and suspect that she’s in labor.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Sally’s party is about to come to a screeching halt, so stay tuned for any other shockers to come.
