The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Tuesday, September 29, indicate that Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will reach out to someone significant for help.
Across town, Phyllis Summers’ (Michelle Stafford) worst foe will share her thoughts as Daniel Romalotti Jr. (Michael Graziadei) deals with a problem.
Y&R fans know Daniel softened a bit toward Phyllis recently and urged her to stay in town instead of leaving with Matt Clark (Roger Howarth).
There’s hope for Daniel and Phyllis’ relationship, but he’ll still be wary on Tuesday’s Y&R episode.
Christine Blair Romalotti (Lauralee Bell) has a contentious history with Phyllis and certainly doesn’t trust her.
That’s why Christine will totally understand Daniel wanting to keep his guard up.
Christine may also get that Daniel misses his mom and encourage him to just be careful no matter what he decides.
As for Nick, Phyllis will also be on his mind after he catches her interacting with Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) at the GCAC.
It’ll seem like Phyllis is setting herself up for trouble again, so Nick will put her through an interrogation.
Of course, Phyllis won’t divulge her plans for more Genoa City power and may downplay her meeting with Cane.
There may also be some talk about Matt leaving town for real this time along with Nick’s hope that the departure sticks.
Although Nick is doing a lot better since he went back to work, he’ll know he has to keep working at his recovery.
Nick mentioned to Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) that he planned to get in touch with Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) about being his sponsor, so that’s exactly what he’ll do.
Nick knows this news will give Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) some peace of mind.
Since Jack has experience with addiction and has been through all the same recovery steps as Nick, he’ll be a good person to offer advice.
Nick may sense stress bubbling back up after his Phyllis encounter and end up glad when Jack responds to his SOS.
Jack will indeed be there for Nick when it counts, but more drama’s ahead for Nick later during the week of September 28-October 2.
On a happier note, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will delight Nikki with a romantic gesture on Tuesday’s episode.
Whether this gift is connected to Vibrante or just a lovely personal present, Nikki will gush over her hubby’s sweet side.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Nikki and Victor could get into another argument over Jack’s sponsor role soon, but they should have some cute scenes together first.
