The Young and the Restless (Y&R) preview video for the week August 3-7 reveals that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will seal the deal on their reunion while Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) makes a big comeback on the CBS soap.
Y&R’s weekly promo kicks off with Mariah sneaking up behind Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) and putting her hands over her mom’s eyes.
Once Sharon turns to look, she’ll be both stunned and delighted to find Mariah standing there.
Mariah will greet Sharon and seem like she’s doing well following her release from her mental health facility.
Now that Mariah has been through treatment, she’ll be ready to rebuild her life and figure out a better path forward.
Sharon will certainly be proud of the work Mariah’s put in and will feel confident her daughter’s going to have a bright future.
Over with Danny Romalotti (Michael Damian), he’ll envision a bright future for himself as well – and it’ll involve some exciting career news.
While spending time with Christine Blair Romalotti (Lauralee Bell) at The Shadow Room, Danny will admit he’s tackling the role of rock club manager.
“Meet the new man in charge,” Danny tells a surprised Christine in the weekly preview video.
Following Victor and Nikki’s decision to get their marriage back on track, they’ll want to make things official.
Victor will admit he wishes Nikki would marry him again, so she’ll respond by insisting she’d marry him a thousand times over.
Nikki and Victor never actually divorced during their split, but they’ll have a little vow renewal ceremony at the ranch and put their rings back on.
It looks like Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will take a break from rehab long enough to witness Victor and Newman’s special evening since he’ll be on hand.
“You ready to be a bride again, Mom?” Nick asks Nikki in the show’s weekly promo.
Nikki will indeed embrace her life as Victor’s wife once more, so they’ll make sweet promises to each other and prepare for their next chapter as a couple.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Victor and Nikki will have to stand together against some new obstacles on the horizon, so stay tuned.
