The Young and the Restless (Y&R) update for the week of July 13-17 indicates that Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will visit Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) while Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) creates a stir and Patty Williams (Stacy Haiduk) considers a pitch.
In the hospital, Jack will think back on some memories of his father, John Abbott (Jerry Douglas), and try to put all the Patty chaos out of his mind.
Kyle won’t be able to let go of what happened, especially since he’ll blame Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) for unleashing Patty on Genoa City again.
Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will have to pass on helping Kyle with his vengeful scheme, but Kyle will vow to figure something out anyway.
As far as Kyle’s concerned, there must be a way to truly launch Victor’s downfall.
Kyle will stop by to see Patty in lockup and will drive a hard bargain while he’s there.
It sounds like Kyle will want Patty to become part of his Victor revenge plot, but involving her will be awfully risky!
Although Victor will get some hints about Kyle’s payback plan, he won’t be worried.
Victor doesn’t view Kyle as a real threat or anything more than a minor nuisance, but Kyle will hope to prove him wrong.
Next, Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will assume Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) are launching an attack on Spectra-Charles, so she’ll lash out over that.
It’ll really be Victor who wants to target Sally’s business in hopes of scoring Newman Media again, but Adam will present another option and ask for six months to make his plan with Chelsea happen.
Y&R spoilers say Victor will ultimately decide to make Adam and Chelsea an offer, but he’ll insist it’s the only one on the table.
After Nikki finds out Patty stabbed Jack, she’ll immediately want to visit him in the hospital.
Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will take Nikki to Jack’s bedside, where Nikki will ask plenty of questions and hope he’s OK.
Diane Jenkins Abbott (Susan Walters) will pop up with Kyle eventually, so that could bring some tension since they’ll blame Victor for launching all this Patty turmoil.
Nikki may point the finger at Victor as well and leave him feeling like her loyalty is always going to belong to Jack.
However, Victor and Nikki’s love for each other is awfully deep, so they’ll settle on a new beginning as the week winds down.
Since it’s been a year since Cole Howard (J. Eddie Peck) died, Victoria and Claire Newman (Hayley Erin) will keep their in their hearts and find a special way to remember him.
Matt will also head back to The Shadow Room, where Noah Newman (Lucas Adams) will lose his temper during their next interaction.
Sienna Bacall (Tamara Braun) may end up playing referee and leaving Noah appalled if she cuts Matt some slack.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Noah and Sienna will have some problems to work through, so stay tuned for any bad news that might be brewing for their romance.
