The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers update for the week of May 25-29 indicate that Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will need some help ASAP while Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) mulls over Diane Jenkins Abbott’s (Susan Walters) whereabouts.
Patty Williams (Stacy Haiduk) and Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will also face off, so let’s talk about what’s coming up.
The week will begin with an encore episode on Memorial Day, but four brand-new episodes of Y&R will follow.
There’ll be some shockers happening – like when Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) announces Sally Spectra’s (Courtney Hope) pregnancy to Adam Newman (Mark Grossman).
While Adam processes that news, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will work on putting Phyllis in her place and catching Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) with Patty’’s assistance.
Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will lose consciousness in front of Victor, Sharon Newman (Sharon Case), Noah Newman (Lucas Adams) and Sienna Bacall (Tamara Braun) at one point, so they’ll all freak out when he flops over right in front of them.
There’ll be some terrifying scenes for Nick’s loved ones, but he’ll pull through his latest ordeal.
That said, Victor will take drastic action for Nick’s sake and will eventually join forces with Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) to support their son.
Nick has been lying about being fine when his drug addiction still has a tight grip on him.
That’s why Victoria will contact Jack for an emergency and perhaps ask him to talk to Nick about the dangerous road he’s headed down.
While Nikki deals with headaches and some dreadful dreams, Lily Winters’ (Christel Khalil) feelings for Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) will grow stronger.
Lily finally feels like she’s seeing the real Cane again, so there’ll be more instances of that soon.
Over with Abby Winters (Melissa Ordway), she’ll pledge something to Devon Winters (Bryton James).
Abby may thank Devon for going to see Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) and taking the first step toward healing.
Devon proved that he was listening when Abby insisted he couldn’t go on with all that resentment.
Abby may love Devon for that and vow to always be there for him, even when he’s struggling with grudges or whatever else.
Once Matt is locked up at the Newman ranch, Nick will be able to corner him and see for himself that Matt has amnesia.
Even if Nick thinks Matt’s faking at first, he may eventually see that the memory loss is very real.
That certainly doesn’t mean Nick will give Matt a free pass for his actions, but he’ll at least be surprised by Matt’s willingness to apologize for his crimes.
Back with Phylis, she’ll rub some history in Patty’s face.
Patty tends to get under Phyllis’ skin, but it may be Phyllis’ turn to rehash the past and rile Patty up.
Since Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) won’t be able to track down Diane, he’ll fear something nefarious might’ve gone down.
Kyle will tell his dad about Diane’s disappearance and perhaps leave Jack worried that Patty is her abductor.
Jack may blast Patty and push for answers, but things may not be as they seem if Diane’s been hiding from Jack after getting no reaction to her heartfelt voicemail.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Jack will hopefully discover that voicemail soon, so stay tuned.
