The Young and the Restless (Y&R) preview video for the week of October 12-16 reveals that Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) will make a sneaky move at Sharon Newman’s (Sharon Case) cottage.
The news about Matt’s crash will leave Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) unsettled as well.
Y&R’s weekly promo kicks off with Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) telling Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) that cancer was supposed to be something in her past.
Lily then wonders why she’s dealing with it again and questions what she did wrong.
Based on the October 9 episode, Lily’s test results are inconclusive so far.
However, Lily will fear she’s headed for more treatment and complain to Nate since this doesn’t feel fair after everything she’s overcome.
Across town, Detective James Burrow (Matt Cohen) will apparently summon Nick and Adam for a meeting at Society, but he’ll insist this isn’t about Joe (Chris Grant Wenchall) the neighborhood dealer.
This will be about Matt instead since his crashed car was found a hundred miles south of Genoa City.
Burrow will explain that the vehicle was empty, but the cops got a hit based on the prints that were found inside.
After Burrow confirms those prints belong to Matt, Nick and Adam will no doubt grow concerned.
Adam and Nick don’t trust Matt at all, so they’ll worry about what he’s capable of and what his next move might be.
Y&R’s weekly preview video offers a glimpse of that next move since Matt can be seen sneaking in Sharon’s house!
Matt has been struggling with his worst impulses and yelling at the evil voice inside his head, so there are good reasons to fret over his mental state.
Will Matt let his wicked side win or manage to fight it off?
What exactly does Matt plan on doing inside Sharon’s home?
It looks like Sharon might get ambushed by Matt at some point and panic.
It’ll be interesting to see if Matt is back to his old tricks or if he perhaps wants Sharon’s help.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Sharon will face some Matt curveballs regardless, so stay tuned.
