Waist on Hall’s dress was 23 inches and was reduced to 19 for Beyonce. This is a fashion disaster by Thierry Mugler. He says "The padded hips intentionally focus attention to the waist."

Sorry “B” but this dress gets and F. Her boobs look tiny and your hips look ultra big. Not a good look. You look half human half horse. Or like there should be a a drink or something rest on that thing. Ugh.
