Simon Cowell has his dream home in Beverly Hills unfortunately it is not a dream for his neighbors. Apparently police have been called to "Simon’s Dream" several times from things ranging from traffic violations to dirt from constant building work and the noise from late-night parties.
Apparently it take a long time to build a dream. Construction on the place has been going on for five years. Simon it seems is very fussy and he keeps changing things because he is not satisfied with them. It is the project that goes on and on LOL.
Simon also owns a 14 million house in London and is building a 17 million villa in Barbados, where he already has another property. He also has a weekend home in Malaga, Spain, and a 2 million investment property on the Palm Jumeirah Island in Dubai. Photo: Flynet Pictures
