Kim Kardashian has canceled plans for her Christmas TV special and we consider that great news! Kim is reeling from the public backlash to her 72-day fake marriage followed by her surprise divorce attack on Kris Humphries. Most people, other than Kim, still respect the institution of marriage and now hate the Kardashian name and brand. Kim can’t go ahead with her Christmas TV special as this would confirm that she is mercenary fame-whore who shed fake tears over splitting up with Kris.
The reality Kardashian clan – whose life is documented in ‘Keeping up with the Kardashians’ and other trashy shows – had planned to film a holiday episode of their E! TV show but ditched the idea after Kim filed for divorce from her husband at the end of October.
In addition, family members including sisters Kourtney and Khloe, brother Rob, mother Kris Jenner and step-father Bruce Jenner reportedly had “too many commitments” to film the show together.
A source told the New York Post newspaper: “It didn’t look promising due to schedule conflicts, but once Kim’s divorce happened it was definitely not possible.”
After facing backlash over her hasty marriage split, Kim’s mother and manager Kris has reportedly told her to keep a low-profile.
A source said: “They did not anticipate the extreme backlash and the damage it would cause to the K-brand as a whole. The whole empire has been affected by this dumb marriage and Kris Jenner is all about getting paid.”
We are thankful for this cancellation. Christmas has already been commercialized so much that it’s hard to enjoy the holiday season. Anything Kardashian is pure commercial crap. Stay out of the public eye Kim – we don’t miss you.
