Lindsay Lohan could be looking at spending the next year-and-a-half in jail. Lindsay is on her way court on Wednesday (19.10.11) to see whether she faces a prison sentence after she allegedly skipped court-ordered therapy sessions, according to TMZ.
Judge Stephanie Sautner recently berated the 25-year-old star for failing to find a therapist for weekly sessions, which was part of her sentence for stealing a $2,500 necklace from a boutique in January. But Lindsay – who previously served 35 days under house arrest for the offence – claims to have carried out her therapy sessions over the phone.
She spent time in France last month doing a modeling job, but is said to have cleared the two-week trip with her probation officer – and she recently went to Italy, where she was unveiled as the new face of Philipp Plein.
Lindsay said: “Something important to know about this collection is that it’s expressing something a little bit more edgy. And I think maybe people’s perceptions of me have been kind of taken out of context just from what you see and read.”
