Bill Cosby Secret Settlement: Disgraced Comedian Hopes To Reach Deal With Chloe Goins Before Criminal Proceedings Begin

Bill Cosby is working fast to reach a secret settlement with one of his sexual assault accusers, Chloe Goins in order to avoid the possibility of more criminal charges. Bill Cosby must get his affairs in order before he and his legal team take on the criminal proceedings against him.

Chloe Goins accused Cosby of sexual misconduct during a Playboy Mansion in 2008. Goins claims Cosby slipped a drug in her drink before sexually assaulting her, which lines up with the recollections of dozens of women. Bill Cosby is trying to make Chloe go away with a quick payout according to TMZ.

“Chloe Goins has sued Cosby for sexual assault, claiming he drugged and sexually abused her at the Playboy Mansion in 2008. Goins filed suit October 6th … but something curious has happened, or should we say, hasn’t happened,” reported TMZ. What they mean is that Chloe hasn’t officially served Bill with a lawsuit yet. Goins filed on October 6 and has 90 days to serve the comedian otherwise it could be dismissed.

Sources say that Cosby hasn’t been served because Chloe Goins and Bill Cosby are working out a secret deal to make the whole lawsuit go away. If Cosby doesn’t hit Goins with a hush order, which would most definitely be part of the settlement deal, it means she can testify against him.

Cosby was just arrested and charged for a 2004 incident where Andrea Constand is making very similar accusations against him. Making sure that Chloe Goins’ accusations don’t turn into another criminal case is really important right now.

If Cosby is not able to reach a deal with Goins, the Los Angeles County D.A. is considering pressing criminal charges according to Hello Beautiful. Will Chloe Goins insist Cosby be punished or will she take the money and run?

It’s safe to say that Cosby’s massive list of accusers hope Goins will refuse a gag order and help strengthen the case against Bill Cosby.
