Fresh General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that GH serial killer Paul Hornsby (Richard Burgi) will be on the run soon as two forces collide trying to nab the GH serial killer. Paul has one name left on his list – Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleson) but can he take her life before he’s taken out?
On an upcoming GH episode, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) gets together with Jason Morgan (Billy Miller) to discuss revenge plans. Sonny isn’t happy that Julian Jerome (William deVry) walked free from his murder trial, but the GH serial killer is a more immediate threat to Port Charles.
Sonny tells Jason that someone has to stop the guy and he’s intent on it being him. Despite being a mobster and killer himself, Sonny loves to play the hero. Also adding fuel to his fire is that Michael Quartermaine (Chad Duell) has vowed vengeance on whomever killed his love.
With Sabrina Santiago (Teresa Castillo) dead and baby Teddy gone, Michael is lonely, angry and desperate. Sonny knows all of this and wants to find the perpetrator before Michael puts himself in the line of fire or does something stupid and gets himself hurt.
Sonny sits down with Jason to talk things over and wants Jason to help him find the killer. Jason, however, isn’t ready to throw in with Sonny again. He’s happy to be remarried to Sam Morgan (Kelly Monaco) and is enjoying her pregnancy. He doesn’t want either of their lives at risk.
But that doesn’t mean Jason won’t help figure out who Sonny needs to target. Sam might pitch in too since both are experienced investigators. At the same time, the PCPD gets more insight into the case thanks to Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) and Andre Maddox (Anthony Montgomery).
Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) returns this week and she immediately goes to Jordan Ashford (Vinessa Antoine) to join the team working to crack the GH killer case. Everyone will be stunned when they find out the perp has been sitting right under their noses at the cop shop since it’s the dirty DA.
We’ve seen that Anna is willing to cross lines before – she worked with Sonny to nab Carlos Rivera (Jeffrey Parise) and should see her do the same now once she learns Sonny is also tracking the killer. Jordan might warn Sonny to stay out of their way, but Anna is more practical.

She knows that having all the cops in town plus the Corinthos cartel and its men out looking for the killer increase the odds that they can shut down the angel of death before he kills again. With two forces converging and Paul trapped in the crosshairs, can he complete his agenda?
Will Paul end up behind bars or in a casket? If it’s Sonny that catches him, it’s likely the latter. Lots of General Hospital spoilers are swirling about Paul’s reveal to the Port Charles public as the G serial killer including a life-or-death scene with Anna where Paul tries to play out his sick fantasies about her.
