“The Young and the Restless” (Y&R) spoilers tease that on this week’s episodes Sharon (Sharon Case) will start to get incredibly nervous when Sage’s (Kelly Sullivan) journal surfaces. Sharon had no idea that Sage kept a diary and she’ll worry that there could be some secrets written on those pages.
Sharon will realize that this could totally throw off her plan.
Of course, Sage didn’t have a chance to write in her journal right after she learned Sully was actually Christian. She immediately confronted Sharon and was dead within a few hours. The Young and the Restless spoilers say that Sharon will probably just fear that Sage could’ve hinted at her suspicions in earlier entries.
However, Sage knew the truth about Christian’s paternity and that may be what’s about to come out. Since Sharon isn’t in the loop on that aspect of Y&R drama, she’ll be overcome with anxiety about her own secret. Mariah (Camryn Grimes) will pick up on Sharon’s jumpiness when she hears about the journal.
She’ll likely figure out that something isn’t right about Sharon’s behavior.
“The Young and the Restless” spoilers indicate that Sharon and Mariah will get into a huge quarrel this week. It sounds like the conflict could arise from Mariah’s persistent questions. Will Mariah demand to know what Sharon is hiding?
The fact that Sharon got pregnant so quickly after her miscarriage may still be bugging Mariah. She’s been mentioning it way too much lately. It’s about time for at least one person to get in on this secret. Why not Mariah?
Mariah cares about Nick (Joshua Morrow), but she might be willing to keep her mouth shut if Sharon spills her sob story. The whole thing has just snowballed anyway. It’s not like Sharon intentionally set out to hurt anyone.
On the other hand, Y&R spoilers warn that Mariah could learn the truth and have every intention of telling Nick. Then, the paternity bomb could drop thanks to Sage’s journal. Nick will read the diary alone, but news travels fast in Genoa City.
Mariah doesn’t have a strong bond with Adam, so she might just let sleeping dogs – er, babies – lie. Still, we can’t assume too much. The show has been giving us plenty of fake-outs recently. Sharon may come up with a decent excuse for her edginess and quiet Mariah’s curiosity.
Whatever the case, we hope someone gets updates on Sharon’s secret soon. It’s going to be soapy and extremely entertaining whenever it finally happens. Stick with the CBS soap to see how long Sharon can keep everything under wraps.
