General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Maxie (Kristen Storms) will find herself in a tight spot. Nina (Michelle Stafford) might be willing to rehire Maxie at Crimson, but there’s a big catch. Maxie needs to provide something that only she can give. Nina expects something impressive or there’s no deal.
Of course, there’s one thing that immediately comes to mind. Maxie learned the truth about Nathan (Ryan Paevey) and Amy’s (Risa Dorken) scheme, so a secret is just waiting to be exposed. If Crimson could unveil the man behind the mask, it would be huge. Crimson would certainly get plenty of buzz, but there are some problems with this plan.
Since Nina is also in the loop on Nathan’s ruse, she knows he wants to protect his identity. General Hospital spoilers say Maxie will get on Nina’s bad side this Friday. Will she mention her idea and annoy Nina in the process?
If Maxie explains a plot to expose Man Landers, Nina might point out that’s not what she meant. She could indicate that she has no intention of betraying Nathan by publishing his name in a story. Nevertheless, Maxie might have an intriguing solution. She may wonder if Nina will approve the article with Nathan’s permission.
Nina would probably agree to that, but how in the world will Maxie get Nathan on board? GH fans know she has her ways. Nathan is a bit of a pushover when it comes to his wife. Maxie can be pretty persuasive and there’s actually a plan that could work out for all parties involved.
General Hospital spoilers say Maxie will have a suggestion that revolves around the upcoming publishing party. She’ll think she can satisfy Nathan, Amy, the publisher, Nina and herself. Nathan doesn’t want his job to be on the line, but maybe it won’t be if they frame all this correctly.
Let’s say Nathan is revealed as Man Landers, but he lets the public in on the whole story. Amy could be exposed as the woman behind it all. They could share her brother’s distressing tale and donate a portion of the book’s proceeds to vets in need. Amy might even get donations from people who specifically wanted to help Chet. If her story touched Nathan’s heart, it’s sure to touch others as well.
Nathan would be viewed as a hero, Amy could continue dishing out advice and her brother would get the assistance he needs. Maxie could get her position back, the publisher would have a hit book and Nina would get the story of the century. It sounds like a scenario where everybody wins!
