General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that after Jasper Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) comes back to Port Charles and comes clean about the kidney lie, it’s time for Nelle Hayes (Chloe Lanier) to also come clean. Nelle will finally confess too and the Corinthos clan and General Hospital fans can put this all behind them.
Every GH viewer has been wondering ever since the big blow up between Nelle and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) why Nelle didn’t just fess up at the time that she never had sex with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). Maybe Nelle thought it didn’t matter – and to Carly, it might not.
Remember Carly has told Sonny over and over (and over) that it was the lying not the cheating that made her so mad. So, finding out Nelle tricked Sonny into thinking there was sex doesn’t change his lying. But General Hospital spoilers say one person that will definitely care a whole lot is Michael Quartermaine (Chad Duell).
Michael really had it bad for Nelle and was falling for her but finding out she slept with his dad was definitely a deal breaker. It’s like deja vu considering Sonny and Morgan Corinthos (Bryan Craig) both slept with Ava Jerome (Maura West). That’s not a road that Michael wants to go down.
Who can blame him? He’s seen all the angst between Sonny, Morgan and Ava, so Michael wouldn’t want to go there. But once Nelle comes clean, General Hospital spoilers tease that it opens things up between Michael and Nelle romantically again. On Friday, Sonny was at Michael’s office to nag him about Nelle staying in town.
Sonny keeps insisting that he won’t let Michael forgive Nelle which is hypocritical coming from the man that murdered Michael’s biological father then begged for forgiveness. Michael went above and beyond to give Sonny a pass on murdering AJ – and Michael let his adoptive dad back in his life.
By comparison, Nelle’s sins are not anything as big or terrible as murder. Also, once Jax comes clean on the kidney purchase, General Hospital spoilers leak that he’ll go see Nelle and try to help heal the mess that he made when he sought out Frank Benson and bought Nelle’s kidney. That could help Michael and Nelle.
Don’t look for Carly to automatically give Nelle a pass, even though Carly has also done worse than Nelle. Jax will give the Corinthos family the information they need to get themselves sorted out, but it’s clear that everything can’t be fixed. CarSon is split but Michael and Nelle get a new start.
Jax and Nelle both confessing gives Michael some perspective on Nelle’s situation. Michael must come to grips with the fact that his step-father is the one that ruined Nelle’s life and it was all done to save his little sister Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy). That will make Michael feel a bit guilty.
This is ground zero for Nelle and Michael to heat up again despite Sonny and Carly’s protests. GH fans are divided on whether they want Michael and Nelle to get together but it’s clear that it’s happening.
