Robert Pattinson has been linked to practically every single female celebrity he’s spotted with, but apparently he’s still getting over his relationship with Kristen Stewart. I don’t doubt this – they did date for several years, and long-term relationships like that are always more difficult to get over. Also, it was always obvious that Rob was head over heels in love with Kristen, and there’s no doubt that if she hadn’t cheated on him with Rupert Sanders, they would probably still be together.
According to a new report from Hollywood Life, Rob blames himself for ‘the demise of their relationship’, with a source adding, “But what he has learned is priceless and he is grateful for this. He has no regrets. And yes he has forgiven Kristen, but more importantly he has forgiven himself.”
However, even if he has ‘forgiven himself’, he’s still apparently finding it difficult to forget Kristen completely. The source explains, “The thing that Rob loved and admired so much about Kristen is her ability to be absolutely herself and not care what others think. She is fearless, and this is what has always captivated Rob. She always encouraged him to be fearless. To follow his own path. To believe in himself. To take risks. To do something every day that scared him.”
Is it just me, or are the people who keep writing these reports sounding like Twi-hards? This sounds exactly like Twi-hard fan fiction, and I wouldn’t be surprised if these ‘sources’ were lifted straight from RobstenForever blogs.
What do you guys think? Is Rob still pining over Kristen or is he enjoying his single life? I think he’s doing just fine after the split. It’s understandable that he’s still a little sad over the end of such a long relationship, but I hardly think it’s preventing him from moving on.
